WOW, what can we say?! Hollie is worth her weight in GOLD! We can’t speak highly enough of her and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their event. From the second we met her, she was super welcoming, full of energy and had such a wealth of industry expertise - great vibes from the get-go. From Joe (the groom) initially thinking an on-the-day coordinator wasn’t needed, to him completely changing his mind once she was on board!

With every meeting and email, we felt as though we were the only couple she was working with for their wedding day, making us feel so special throughout (although we know this isn’t true!). She took into consideration all of our little quirks and requests that we wanted to include on our day, and nothing was ever too big or too small for her.
We know she had her work cut out for her on the day, as the morning preparations didn’t entirely go to plan, but she quickly figured out solutions and managed everything throughout the day without us even realising.

She was doing everything you could possibly think of - arranging decor, moving the bridal party from one room to another, coordinating where the groom and his party needed to be, ordering drinks for us, curling hair, making sure the cake wasn’t falling over (thanks to the Great British weather!) - all while keeping to our timing plan.
Since the wedding, we’ve had sooo many of our guests mention how calm we both were on the day and how smoothly everything flowed (even those who are seasoned wedding guests!). That was all down to Hollie and the trust we had in her.

She felt like a friend rather than a supplier, with her calming presence but also her ‘get sh*t done’ kind of attitude - exactly what’s needed for the chaos of any wedding/event day.

We can’t thank Hollie enough for coordinating the best day of our lives, and we will absolutely be booking her for any event we may have in the future!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Hollie B Events enough! Hollie organised my 21st birthday party and made the whole process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. Everything looked absolutely amazing and was exactly what I wanted.

Hollie was so lovely, helpful and professional throughout, and you could really tell how much care and attention she put into making everything perfect. The decorations and setup looked incredible, and I had so many compliments from my guests on how amazing everything looked!

The value for money was so reasonable & well priced, for the service we received it honestly felt as if we underpaid!

Hollie was very professional & well spoken, always in a lovely bubbly mood!

Holly was quite frankly the talk of the town at our wedding venue and wedding reception. Issues in the kitchen, Holly has sorted it. The staff are charging guests when they shouldn’t be - they’ve had a talking to and it’s already taken care of it. The venue is a bit understaffed, Holly suddenly became 3 staff members. She was really incredible. In a world where most things wedding related are over priced the moment you utter the word ‘wedding’, Hollie was not. She deserves every penny and more.

- Leading up to the wedding we had a couple meetings which addressed all concerns. She always had an answer and if she couldn’t confirm something immediately she’d get the answer and address it straight away.

- The function sheet for the day was well organised and built around the needs of the day down to the minute.

- She dealt with all suppliers and updated us when it was needed, and handled the small details we would have never considered. She even had the staff clean the candle sticks three times because they weren’t shiny enough. 🤣

Well done Hollie. I think you’ll be getting a lot of newly weds contacting you from our wedding over the next few years because everyone acknowledged how crazy hard you work.
