The process was seamless, and Carolina's expertise kept it stress free throughout. We had just 11 months to plan our wedding, so we thought there may have to be some compromises in venue etc. however, we didn't have to make any. All our vendors were amazing, everything was perfect, and there is absolutely nothing we would have changed.

We had regular communication, quick replies, and full confidence everything was under control. Carolina and Giulia being there on the day was amazing as it meant we could fully enjoy our day, and not have to worry about timelines, coordinating the vendors etc.

I would highly recommend Carolina to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. We saved so many hours of research because of her knowledge and experience. Carolina helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams in the little known but beautiful town of Fano on the Adriatic coast of Italy.

We decided early on that we wanted to get married abroad and that we would need the help of a wedding planner. We initially struggled to find a planner who we both liked but immediately "clicked" as soon as we met Carolina. We had some wish list items when we first met but still didn't fully understand what we wanted or could achieve in terms of a wedding abroad. Carolina really helped with this by talking us through different types of weddings she had planned and expertly guided us to refine our wedding brief.

Carolina undertook an extensive venue search throughout Italy on our behalf and prepared a detailed venue proposal to help us decide (the difficult part). The venues proposed were carefully researched and tailored to meet our requests and Carolina went above and beyond researching new venues to help us find the perfect fit. When it came to decision making, I think Carolina knew before us which venue we were going to choose but she allowed us the time to come to this decision ourselves while keeping in regular contact with the venue so we didn't loose our date.

Once the venue was chosen, Carolina helped us to book a band, photographer, florist, hair/make-up, ceremony, ceremony music, ceremony coordinator/translator, wedding car, night before event and much more. Carolina typically provided a few options for each vendor and we got to a point where she knew us well enough to provide the options but also suggest who she thought we should choose (and she was always right). All of our vendors on the day were outstanding and this quality is a result of Carolina's excellent network within the Italian wedding industry and background research to make sure any vendors who were new to Carolina were up to scratch.

Having never worked with a wedding planner before we were initially concerned that we might quickly lose control of our budget but we couldn't have been more wrong. In the initial planning stages Carolina helped to review our own preliminary budget and was able to advise where our estimates were too high/low. Once we had an agreed budget Carolina used this as a guide to identify proposed vendors without compromising quality and clearly communicated if she felt it was worth spending a little more than budgeted on something while also managing to find some opportunities to save a little money in other places.

Throughout the wedding planning process and even after Carolina was a consistently there to help and even though we knew she was juggling many priorities we truly felt like our wedding was her sole focus. Carolina was always responsive and helpful answering our many questions and her warm, friendly and focused approach made wedding planning an absolute joy.

We cannot recommend Carolina enough and hope to send many friends/relatives her way over the coming years. If you are considering working with a wedding planner we highly getting in touch with Carolina straight away and you will quickly understand why we speak so highly of her. Carolina helped us plan and coordinate our Lake Como elopement.

We contacted Carolina around 14 months ahead of our desired wedding date, and she booked us a violinist/harpist duo, officiant, photographer, day-of coordinator, boat tour, florist, and accommodations. While everything was all set well in advance, over the 1+ year leading up to our wedding, Carolina was always very responsive and insightful, answering all our questions and updating us on any developments all the while. Our day went perfectly thanks to Carolina's planning and coordination with each vendor, which included sending out a detailed hour-by-hour agenda ahead of time. She even sent us multiple thoughtful messages in the days leading up to and on the day of, which we really appreciated.

Another plus to working with Carolina for any English speakers wanting an Italian wedding is that she is fluent in both languages (she is a native Italian based in the UK), and you can rest assured nothing will be lost in translation. Because of this and Carolina's personable demeanor, we felt very comfortable communicating to her our preferences and concerns. Even though an elopement is much simpler to plan, Carolina took care to make sure every little detail was to our liking. With her, we always felt just as important as any client planning a traditional wedding.

When it comes to planning your wedding, no matter the scale, you want someone who will treat your special day with the respect and care it deserves. That is exactly the type of planner Carolina is, and we could not recommend her enough.
