A testimonial is not enough to recognise the creator of dreams that Victoria is.
Where do we even start when trying to put into words our gratitude for one person (two, if we include her mum as her assistant) who almost single-handedly delivered the most beautiful day of our lives?
It’s fair to say that Victoria probably didn’t expect us to be the easiest of clients. Not because of impossible expectations, but because she often had to wait days for a reply — on a good day! — along with a few other challenges best left unmentioned. Yet throughout it all, she remained patient, kind, and unwavering in her dedication to creating the stunning vision she had for our wedding in North Yorkshire.
Every preference, every thought, and every idea we had was considered and supported by Victoria. With her care and second-to-none expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of her wonderful ideas come together into a day that exceeded anything we could have imagined.
Victoria, words cannot express how thankful we are for you. My wife and I will forever remember the joy, beauty, and love you brought to our celebration. We are truly in your debt. So once again, thank you, Victoria — and thank you also to your lovely mum. You were both amazing.

If I could give Victoria more than 10/10 I would - she planned the perfect day!
Victoria is professional, knowledgeable and unflappable and her attention to detail is amazing. We had the most magical wedding day for our daughter courtesy of Victoria. Nothing was too much trouble, especially as it was based at our house - what a day!.
She is personable and works tirelessly to achieve the brief. She works alongside some incredible suppliers which ensures you get what you want and responds immediately to any texts or emails!
Victoria takes all the stress out of planning a wedding and ensures on the day you can concentrate on enjoying the day and everything just falls into place.
I highly recommend Victoria and I cannot praise her enough

What an amazing wedding planner!
Working with Victoria was brilliant. From the moment she took over we felt in safe hands. She was excellent at thinking of lots of little details that I never would have thought of and made sure the day ran smoothly from start until well after finish! We were well looked after all the way through and would highly recommend her if you’d just like to enjoy your day without worrying about anything at all!

Excellent wedding planner!
Victoria, what can I say except a huge thankyou! You are simply amazing, I am so glad we chose you to be our wedding planner! Right from the very first call we knew you were exactly who we needed to help us create our dream wedding. Nothing was too much of an ask for you. You went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and we had our dream day. Not only did you help us source the best suppliers, but you also made sure our day ran extremely smooth. You were prepared for anything that came our way! Not only did you support me in planning the wedding, you made sure I never felt nervous of how the day was going, as I knew I had you there to help me! Exceptional Service
My daughter had wanted to arrange her wedding day and as her ideas grew, she thought of using a wedding planner.
Victoria was so professional from the first call to the delivery of a perfect wedding day.
Her organisation was outstanding!
She thought of things we hadn’t, including the “what ifs”
On the day she helped all the other services get set up.
When the “what ifs” happened, she sorted the issues immediately.
Things like, one of the car park attendants phoned in sick.
She got a replacement
The toilet block malfunctioned
She contacted them and sorted.
She helped set the caterers set the tables.
She helped the photographer and videographer.
She helped with the bridesmaids and page boys at the church.
She was everywhere on the day.

Looking for a top notch co-ordinator? Well STOP, you've found one.
I've spun records at hundreds of weddings, and I've worked with my fair share of wedding coordinators. Some are good, some are... well, let's just say they add to the stress, not alleviate it. But then there's someone like Victoria – a true unicorn in the wedding world.
From the initial planning stages, it was clear that Victoria was a cut above the rest. She was organised, detail-oriented, and had a knack for keeping everyone on schedule without ever being pushy. As a DJ, this is gold. She provided a timeline that was clear, concise, and, most importantly, realistic. She'd checked in with me beforehand to confirm all the important timings (speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc.), and her communication was impeccable throughout the entire process.
But beyond her organisational skills, Victoria is just a genuinely lovely person to work with. She's got a great rapport with all the vendors, and she creates a positive and collaborative atmosphere. She made sure I had everything I needed, and she always had a smile on her face.
From a DJ's perspective, a good coordinator can make or break an event. Victoria doesn't just make the event; she elevates it. She allows me to focus on what I do best – creating a memorable night for the couple – knowing that all the other details are being handled flawlessly. Finding us the perfect location for family celebration
Absolutely stunning weekend at Brunton House and Cottages, near Alnwick. Had been looking for the perfect setting for a large family get together and I approached Victoria Storah to help me source a location. She did such an amazing job really taking the time to find out what we needed and what we weee celebrating and what we wanted to get from the event. Although this wasn’t a wedding, it was a large event with about 20 family members meeting so celebrate milestone birthdays. She found this location and both she and those who run the estate were incredibly helpful. Without Victoria’s tireless search we wouldn’t have found this amazing place! None of my questions ever bothered her!
The whole family enjoyed it so much and everyone was sorry to leave! Perfect setting for a very special event. Thank you!

Beyond Expectations
From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us.
She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence.
Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs.
I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was.
So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them.
On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress.
Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure our day was as special as it was. It wouldn’t have been the day it was without you.
