From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us.

She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence.

Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs.

I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was.

So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them.

On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress.

Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure our day was as special as it was. It wouldn’t have been the day it was without you.

Victoria was an excellent partner for us in planning our 3rd wedding celebration in Yorkshire, after the wedding itself in Australia and a party in Singapore. Most importantly, she found the perfect venue in York for our intimate event (40 people) within a few days of agreeing to work with us. The local suppliers (cake, flowers and photographers) she found were all terrific and they (plus the hotel) loved working with her. Victoria was a quietly efficient organiser of everything on the day and contributed to the fun we all had.

We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! As a bride, I was truly able to unplug and focus on having the time of my life on the day, knowing she had it all handled. We can't recommend her enough!

Victoria helped us create the BEST DAY EVER! We took on a lot creating a DIY Village hall wedding and we couldn’t have done it without the help from Victoria. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Our daughter hired Victoria as a day of co-ordinator for her wedding at Nunsmere Hall . At first I must admit I wasn’t sure we needed anyone as we were organised ourselves and the staff at Nunsmere were very experienced . However after our first meeting with Victoria 6 weeks before the wedding I was instantly glad our daughter had decided to hire her .
Victoria knew exactly what she was doing and took charge of making sure everyone knew what they had to do and where they needed to be on the day of the wedding so that we as a family could just relax and enjoy the day without worrying if everything was running smoothly/on time .
Victoria worked really well with all the vendors and the venue and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure the day ran perfectly , which it did .

We hired Tor as our wedding day coordinator and she did not disappoint! Without Tor I don’t think the wedding would’ve been as good as it was. She arranged everything for the day of the wedding for us and it really put me at ease and we was able to just enjoy our wedding day without all of the extra stress.
