Downtown Abbey Meets Glastonbury! Linzi Is A Phenomenal Planner!
Linzi is a miracle worker. What started as a simple wedding quickly escalated into a full weekend, "Downtown Abbey meets Glastonbury" festival—and Linzi pulled off every single, crazy detail perfectly. She made our wildest ideas reality, kept us on track despite constant additions, and remained flawlessly calm through the entire planning and execution.
Highlights of Our Jam-Packed Day:
Logistical Genius: Linzi secured the licence for our traditional outdoor ceremony with a live jazz band.
Non-Stop Entertainment: The party included a mass confetti drop, followed by a full fairground setup: dodgems, carnival games, and a helter skelter.
Drinks & Dining: Featured the famous Lounge Bohemia London molecular cocktail maker (alcoholic candy floss!) and a traditional wedding breakfast, cleverly split across two rooms, interrupted by a surprise live mariachi band.
Evening Surprises: We had a first dance on the dodgems, a Bhangra conga chain into a secret Indian-themed bohemian tent, immersive photo booths, a surprise appearance by Keela Kraving drag queen, fire eaters, and the unbelievable live band Mister Kanish.
Full Weekend Managed: Linzi organized the entire weekend, including a Sunday recovery BBQ, a kids' birthday party, inflatables for adults and children, and an ice cream van.
Linzi took a complex, high-energy, detail-heavy wedding and executed it flawlessly. She is professional, creative, and completely indispensable- but importantly absolutely lovely !

Black and White Cat Weddings enough for helping us create the wedding of our dreams! Planning a wedding is no small task, especially when you're doing it from another country, but Linzi made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
From the very beginning, Linzi brought ideas to the table that we never would have considered ourselves, including the very concept that ultimately defined our wedding. Her creativity, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of local vendors were invaluable. We had a DIY wedding and she provided numerous wonderful recommendations for every vendor we were searching for. We genuinely had the best team of suppliers by the wedding day and that’s in large part thanks to Linzi.
Every step of the way, Linzi kept us organized, informed, and reassured. She also went above and beyond to accommodate planing meetings with our 8 hour time zone difference, which was so appreciated.
What impressed us most was how effortlessly Linzi managed to translate our vision into reality. Whether it was handling venue logistics, keeping us on track with deadlines, or managing last-minute changes, she exceeded our expectations at every turn.
The day itself was absolutely perfect, flawlessly executed and filled with joy. As well as managing all the operations of the day, Linzi truly felt like a guest and someone we know the day wouldn’t have been the same without.

Having her and Seb there just meant we got to just enjoy it and have the best weekend ever - we never had to worry about where we need to be or what we needed to do.
One of our suppliers dropped out with 24 hours notice and Linzi organised replacements within hours.
We had the best weekend ever and was truly our dream come true. Our guests loved it as well and all said it was the best wedding they had been to and keep pestering us to renew our vows so we can do it again!
