We were blown away by the guidance you gave us throughout the day..we honestly don't think it would have been the same without you helping us through each step. Everyone says their wedding day flies by and it does, but you have really given us the memories to treasure, of us and our precious little girl and family. We also would like to thank you for listening to what we wanted. We asked for time with our friends and family and you gave us that whilst still taking the most perfect photographs. Not only did the photos turn out absolutely beautiful, but he went above and beyond for us throughout the entire day. He was calming, patient, and such a reassuring presence—especially during the busy moments.

Russell was amazing and so accommodating from the start. He was fantastic with the children and the things he did to get such incredible shots! I would recommend Russell. My husband, our families, the bridal and groom’s parties, and all our guests are still in absolute awe of Russell and his incredible talent as a photographer.

Of course, as our wedding photographer, he captured the most beautiful, intimate moments -- full of laughter, love, and happiness -- but what truly set him apart was the comfort he brought to the whole day. As a bride, having a photographer present during the early hours of getting ready can feel a little daunting (particularly with the nerves..!). But Russell’s kind, genuine nature and calm, gentle presence put everyone at complete ease. He even helped my mum fasten the buttons on my dress and had everyone laughing with lighthearted jokes at just the right moments. He knew exactly what he was doing and it made the whole experience so smooth.

In the afternoon, we had some portraits taken (my husband & I are both camera shy). Russell made the experience feel easy, natural, and actually fun. We laughed, relaxed, shared ideas for photos, and he read the room effortlessly, knowing when to step in and when to step back. We both said the following morning how much we enjoyed his presence and the time taking the portraits!

We couldn’t be happier with the service Russell provided - we opted for the full day wedding package which was brilliant and captured all of our special moments with friends & family. He was professional, calm, warm, and never intrusive, yet always in the right place at the right time. We would choose him again in any and every scenario. And our photos are absolutely stunning -- more beautiful than we could have imagined. Creative and timeless. We're so happy!

He mingled with guests seamlessly, worked very well with our ushers & bridesmaids, offered direction when needed, and made a lasting impression. My mum, who’s been to weddings for over 40 years, said he’s the best wedding photographer she’s ever come across and we both couldn’t agree more.

Wow we have never met such a talented, patient & friendly professional. Russell cannot do enough for you! We first met Russell at our wedding venue’s dining club evening and we got on great. It felt like we’d known Russell for years. Turns out we sort of do as he had photographed another family members wedding over 15 years ago. When we were enquiring with Russell you could instantly tell he was experienced. The way he spoke about his role on a wedding day was so reassuring. We knew he was the one! We then decided to accept Russell’s offer of a free engagement photoshoot. He travelled all the way to South Wales to spend the afternoon with us and our dog down the beach. It was a great way to get to know each other. These photos came out better than we could’ve expected which meant we knew we’d get amazing wedding photos.
On our wedding day Russell arrived as his usual fun and organised self. Immediately jumping into action fixing the groomsmen’s pocket squares ready for the photos to begin. He had a ladder for the big group shots, amazing coaching through our personal photos and even kept his cool when we sprung upon him a last minute sparkler idea! When we got the photos (which was only a week later for 1500 photos!!) they were incredible. He captured moments we didn’t even realise he was there for.
