Facilities and Capacity
Your Ceremony
Broadfield has five acres of stunning gardens in the midst of a private estate, so couples often choose to immerse themselves in their surroundings with an outdoor wedding. The rose garden, woodland, orchard or lawns are all beautiful locations to marry, with weddings from two to 175 able to take place. For an indoor wedding, the wood panelled dining room with its huge stone fireplace can seat up to 60, with the sun-filled inner hall seating up to 50. For larger numbers, Broadfield's fold yard hexagonal marquee structure can seat up to 150. Either with just its high, flag-topped roof, or with its walls enclosing your guests for bad weather days, the fold yard is a captivating garden room style space. And NEW for weddings from 2026 onwards, the Broadfield barn will seat up to around 120 for a ceremony.
Your Drinks Reception
At Broadfield, the terrace and rose garden are the perfect place for drinks and canapes, but couples can choose anywhere they wish, from the vineyard to the lawns to the orchard. For bad weather or winter weddings, the house is ideal with its open fires and elegant interiors.
Your Wedding Breakfast and Reception
For intimate weddings of up to 50, Broadfield's dining room is a beautiful space. For up to around 96, Broadfield's fold yard structure creates an outdoor feel with its sides removed, or a cosy indoor space with its walls on, even in chilier months. And NEW for 2026 and beyond, the Broadfield barn will also seat up to around 100 with more able to join after dinner for the party. For over that number or for those wanting a different space, a tipi or marquee over-looking the gorgeous Herefordshire countryside is ideal, accommodating up to 175 guests comfortably and can be chosen from any supplier to suit your style and budget. Broadfield's seperate beautiful rustic bar building is included in the exclusive hire, situated between the fold yard and back lawns, and is fully stocked for your day including with Broadfield's own sparkling wine, cider and apple juice.
Your Stay
Broadfield has eight delightful bedrooms for your wedding party or guests to stay in comfortable and elegant surroundings. One of these bedrooms is an stylish suite, complete with a dressing room perfect for you and your party to get ready. Or if you need another bedroom, the team can convert that room into a ninth bedroom for guests. They are also able to provide put up beds and cots if needed. The team can also recommend trusted caterers who can provide delicious, locally sourced food to your house guests or you can self cater. The Broadfield Coach House is less than a minute's stroll from the main house and is available to hire by couples or guests, with three more bedrooms, meaning the whole venue can sleep up to 31 people.
Catering
At Broadfield, you can choose any caterer you wish, with the catering kitchen included in your hire. Anything from fine dining to streetfood to big pan dishes - it is the couples' choice. Of course, the team have lots of recommendations for excellent caterers who will create delicious food for your big day, so you don't need to start from scratch. You may also purchase alcohol from the venue's carefully chosen list, or you can supply your own with corkage applied, and the venue open the bar from any time for guests to buy their own drinks.
Planning
Broadfield offer planning as part of your hire. From your first viewing until the big day and beyond, the Broadfield team will be with you every step of the way. You will have numerous planning meetings, be invited to open days, and have your own dedicated planner to help with everything from suppliers and timings to those last, all important details.

Broadfield magic ✨
Booking Broadfield was the best decision we made for our wedding. The venue obviously speaks for itself but the support and guidance from Fran was an unexpected and invaluable extra that made the whole process so much more manageable while feeling super relaxed.
We had three amazing nights at Broadfield - and we couldn’t recommend extending your stay by an extra night any more! Broadfield gives you the flexibility to create a completely bespoke wedding while having great support throughout. With Fran’s help we were able to create the most relaxed day that was authentically us - full of joy, love and many many tears.
On the day Fran, Alex and the team were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Having someone else who knew every detail about timings and coordination completely took the stress out of our morning so we could enjoy it. We also didn’t have any questions from suppliers directed at us in the lead up to the day as Fran had been in contact with them all.
We always wanted our wedding to feel like we were having a weekend away with our favourite people and Broadfield allowed us exactly that - Fran and Alex are just lovely people who felt like part of our friends and family on the day which is what we had always hoped. We couldn’t recommend them any more and we are desperate for any excuse to come back!

Wow! What a venue!
What an incredible venue! We honestly wouldn’t have changed a thing. From the moment we first visited Broadfield we absolutely fell in love with it, and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It has just the most amazing variety of beautiful places, whether that is the wild flower garden, the woodlands, the orchard or the stunning house. Theres not more that you could want.
It wasn’t just us that loved the venue, all our guests were blown away and some even to them point as they have told us they want to go back and hire it for other occasions!
And Fran, Alex and the whole of the Broadfield team were the real stars though. They honestly went above and beyond at every moment to ensure our day was as special as it was. Whether that was the many planning meetings before our day, all their recommendations and answers to any question we had, to the huge effort they put in to ensure everything went smoothly across our weekend. We will be forever grateful to them and can’t thank them enough!

The Wedding Venue of our Dreams!
Wow, where do I begin? Broadfield Court is the most magical and perfect wedding venue we could've ever asked for.
We first fell in love with Broadfield on a rainy November 2023 evening, the sun had set and the venue was only visible by a torch, yet somehow we saw the magic and the beauty of the grounds and knew this was our wedding venue! Although the winter cold, we could feel the warmth and love put into every corner of the grounds, we couldn't possibly imagine having our wedding anywhere else!
We cannot thank Fran, Alex and the entire team at Broadfield for their warm welcome and making us feel at home every time we visited. We were completely blown away by their dedication, support, efficiency and patience throughout the whole process. We were always made to feel comfortable and that no question was a silly question! They were so helpful in the planning process and always made it very clear that we could add our own personal touches to the venue for our wedding day which made it extra special and was another reason why we could've never considered anywhere else. We loved how Broadfield made it feel like the venue was truly ours.
We had the venue from the Friday - Sunday and it felt like a home from home. We loved that we were able to enjoy the space for the entire weekend and not just for one day, it allowed for us to relax into the weekend, enjoy some time with friends and family and really soak up the moment. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog Kylo with us for the entire weekend! All of our guests that stayed on the property couldn't get over how beautiful it was and were often seen exploring the grounds for themselves.
On the Saturday which was our wedding day, we were constantly told by guests how beautiful the venue was and that it was the perfect place. We received so many compliments on the day that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that the venue and ceremony area were perfection; which is a massive credit to the entire Broadfield team. We both feel immense pride that we can say that Broadfield was our wedding venue!
We especially loved people watching together on our wedding day and getting to see our guests explore the grounds and see it for themselves. There was so much open space for our guests to mingle and walk around during gaps throughout the day, (including lawn games which were a great addition) that it created the perfect relaxed and calm environment that we dreamed of.
We cannot thank the team at Broadfield enough for everything they have done for us during this entire wedding process. They have been so helpful and understanding from start to finish and we will really miss working alongside Fran, Alex and the whole team at Broadfield so much. It really is the perfect place to have your wedding and I cannot recommend it enough!

The most amazing experience
I am writing following the wedding of my son and now daughter-in-law on 2nd August 2025.
Thank you does not come close. Fran and Alex at Broadfield have been the most amazing people to work with. They are organised, supportive, helpful, informative, patient - there are simply not enough adjectives to praise them.
Every single one of our guests loved the venue. It truly was a fairy tale wedding in gorgeous surroundings with fabulous people in the background.
If you have any doubts about booking your wedding at Broadfield - just do it. You will not regret it.
Our day was perfection from start to end.

Stunning and versatile venue with a brilliant team
From the moment we enquired at Broadfield Court, we knew we’d found somewhere special. Fran, Alex, family and team were a dream to work with from day one, offering guidance and support at every stage in the build up but especially so on the day. Our wedding day was in the middle of a heatwave and the team went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, including moving our drinks reception (drinks stands, gazebos etc) while it was happening from one space to another!!
Alongside the warm and friendly welcome, the spaces and options available at Broadfield are stunning and varied, providing something for everyone and all weathers!! The house, the gardens and the views are all beautiful - we were complimented time and time again on our venue choice from our guests, and the team worked closely with our suppliers including Burgoynes marquees to make the best use of space.
We would highly recommend Broadfield, you won’t look back if you choose to get married here!! Thank you Broadfield Team for an unforgettable day.

Dream Wedding – Truly Unforgettable
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding than Broadfield Court. From the moment we arrived in our initial meeting with Helen, we were struck by the breathtaking scenery—rolling countryside, beautifully kept gardens, and stunning views in every direction. It was set to create the most romantic and picturesque setting for our special day.
All of our subsequent emails, calls and meetings with Helen and everyone at Broadfield Court were not only efficient and informative, but fun and full of thoughtfulness and an energy that confirmed we'd made the right choice in picking Broadfield Court for our wedding celebrations.
The fact that we had guests travelling from other countries, that we could involve our dog Jesse, and that we could have the venue for the weekend, providing our guests with onsite, or very local accommodation was also a massive plus, this was novel for so many of our guests and they adored this added intimacy.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everything about Broadfield feels thoughtfully curated yet completely natural, which instantly put us and our guests at ease. It was the perfect balance of elegance and comfort.
A huge part of what made our day run so smoothly was the incredible team at Broadfield. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. Their professionalism and warmth made the whole planning process enjoyable and stress-free.

The perfect wedding venue/best weekend of our lives!
There are neither enough words nor enough stars to reflect how grateful we are to Fran, Alex and the team at Broadfield in this review. Our weekend at Broadfield was the best of our lives! From the first time we looked around the venue we could tell how special it is & despite it being a cold/gloomy January day, we were drawn to Broadfield for how warm and inviting it felt. from that moment onwards, we received nothing but reassurance and support from Fran and Alex through every stage of the wedding planning process. We simply could not have pulled it off without them & felt that they would and did go above and beyond in every way to make our weekend truly special, unique and perfect. We could not have felt more looked after and supported, from the start to the day itself. We booked the house from Friday until Monday. We had initially been unsure about whether we wanted to do the full 3 days but we are so glad that we did. The drinks reception on Friday meant we’d already mingled and so didn’t have to stress on the Saturday (the wedding day) about getting round to speak to everyone, it also took the edge off the nerves of seeing everyone on the Saturday for the first time! On the Saturday, everything went seamlessly & because you pick your own suppliers at Broadfield, it felt like a day that was truly ours. The Sunday drinks/BBQ was 100% necessary to digest everything from the day before and have a more chilled day with our nearest and dearest. The venue itself is beautiful, both in terms of accommodation and scenery, all of our guests were obsessed with how lovely it is. Do not miss out on having the Broadfield sparkling for your drinks reception- our guests were leaving with bottles of it! There is not a single thing we could or would fault with Broadfield and Fran, Alex, and the team. It is the perfect place to have your wedding.

Amazing Wedding Venue
From the moment we set foot in Broadfield we fell in love with it. There were so many beautiful areas to explore – the woodland, rose garden, fold yard, main house and the coach house. All of our guests loved the house and gardens, and everyone staying felt so comfortable and special with their unique bedroom.
Helen was very knowledgeable and experienced, keeping in touch regularly ensuring that we had everything planned. The entire family helped to make our special day run seamlessly and were so friendly and wonderful to be around. Nothing was too much trouble!
Broadfield is the perfect venue for any and every occasion, beautiful and special, yet homely. We were only sad when we had to leave! We will definitely be back one day, for one reason or another.
Helen was very knowledgeable and experienced, keeping in touch regularly ensuring that we had everything planned. The entire family helped to make our special day run seamlessly and were so friendly and wonderful to be around. Nothing was too much trouble!

Exceptional Venue - The Perfect Day
For the care and attention that was shown to us from the moment of first contact, to the big day itself, we cannot express enough gratitude to Fran and Alex for their support in making sure our wedding day everything we had dreamed of.
In our opinion, Broadfield is the perfect wedding venue! Set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, surrounded by rolling hills and views for miles, with a stunning house both inside and out, guests can’t help but be impressed. The grounds are simply beautiful, and varied – meaning the opportunity for photos is endless.
For us, one of the main attractions was the ability to extend the celebrations over the entirety of the weekend, and with many of our guests able to stay on site, it meant we could enjoy their company and the venue to the fullest. It really is your own paradise for the weekend with no sense of being rushed out for another wedding to take place.

Her knowledge and relationships with the best suppliers mean at every point of contact you hear how glad they are to be supplying to a Broadfield wedding – more often than not letting us know it is their favourite venue to work with. Most incredible venue
Before we were even engaged, we fell in love with Broadfield Court and knew when our time came it just had to be here. Frances and her whole family become like a second family and as soon as we met them, we knew we had chosen the right place. Frances is just the most incredible support with a wealth of experience, expertise and guidance. The whole planning process was a dream.
When our wedding finally came, Frances was on hand at all times and their beautiful home became ours for the weekend. All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of the building and grounds. Despite a rainy start to the day, Frances had plan A, B and C all sorted and I was so relaxed all day and luckily it turned into the most beautiful day. The day ran so smoothly and this was all down to the hardworking team we had. The ability to spend all weekend here is what makes Broadfield so unique and special and we will always cherish the moments we shared here with our closest friends and family.

A truly exceptional venue in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside
We can't shout enough praise about Broadfield Court, Fran and Alex! The property itself is stunning; we’re an outdoorsy couple who were looking for somewhere to represent our passion for woodland, flowers and the countryside and after searching all over Herefordshire, nothing else came close to the natural beauty and warmth of Broadfield. Their grounds have it all; vineyard, orchard trees, rolling hills, rose gardens and forest!
We were even lucky enough with the weather (only just!) to hold our wedding ceremony in their magical woodland area, and Fran went above and beyond to make it happen. Despite a rainy morning, she coordinated everything seamlessly —moving stacks of chairs and making sure every detail was perfect right up until I walked down the aisle.
One of the greatest perks of choosing Broadfield Court is Fran and Alex themselves. From start to finish, they supported us checking in regularly and ensuring we had access to brilliant local suppliers - from coaches to hotels to saxophonists they knew the person for any creative vision. We even extended our stay to spend a third night there, hosting a Sunday family sports day on the lawn with those stunning views of the rolling hills—it truly felt like a fairytale weekend. The dining room was also perfect for a Friday family and bridal party buffet and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
Fran’s attention to detail kept everything running smoothly, putting our minds completely at ease. The fact that our dog could join in the celebrations (with Fran even stopping him from sneaking some fruit cake!) just shows how thoughtful and accommodating they are. Broadfield Court also provided ample space for our bridal party to stay - we loved the addition of the coach house - making it feel like the best, most joyful sleepover ever.
Thank you, Fran and Alex, for making us feel like royalty, knowing when to step back discreetly and when to be hands on, and for creating a magical space where we could celebrate our entire wedding weekend. Broadfield Court is truly special, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to have kicked off our married life.
