Wedding at Hampton Court Castle
We were lucky enough to have Russell Lewis as our photographer for our wedding at Hampton Court Castle on 18th March 2026, and from start to finish, he exceeded every expectation we had.
We first met Russell when he took our daughters’ nursery pictures, and it was clear straight away how friendly, warm, and approachable he is.
From the very first wedding planning meeting, he put us completely at ease and gave us a clear vision of how our day would flow. We felt confident knowing exactly how the day would be captured.
On the wedding morning, he arrived at the crack of dawn to photograph myself and my bridesmaids getting ready. Russell’s professionalism stood out immediately — he was smartly dressed, calm, and incredibly organised. He went above and beyond throughout the day, helping me with my dress, assisting the groom and groomsmen with their ties and finishing touches, and working seamlessly with the venue layout to capture everything perfectly.
Russell’s warmth and easygoing nature made everything feel effortless, and everyone commented on how amazing, professional, and personable he was. He truly helped keep the day running smoothly while capturing every special moment we could ever wish to relive.
The photos themselves are absolutely stunning — genuinely everything and more than we could have hoped for. Every image is beautifully composed and full of emotion, capturing not just how the day looked, but how it felt. From the big moments to the smallest details, he captured it all so perfectly, and we feel so lucky to have such an incredible collection of memories to look back on.
We also received the photos back in super quick time, which was such a wonderful surprise.
Truly exceptional in every way —a photographer who genuinely cares about your day and the memories he creates.

Russell was absolutely amazing from the moment we first contacted him. He’s so calm and easy to work (at all times) which I can only assume comes with years of experience.
I forgot to confirm the booking for our legal wedding the day before our big celebration (I won’t claim to be the most organised bride) and he dropped everything last minute to be there to capture our signing ceremony. Such dedication!!!
I can’t thank him enough 👏🏼

Great photographer!
Russell was our photographer for our wedding day in Hereford and then our wedding party in Bristol.
We cannot recommend Russell enough. Russell took the most perfect pictures of our wedding day, capturing all of the special moments which we’ll go back through for many years.
Russell was very flexible and came to two separate locations in the space of two months. All of our guests loved the photos Russell took at our party.
Thank you to Russell for capturing our two of our most favourite weekends.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer!
Not only did the photos turn out absolutely beautiful, but he went above and beyond for us throughout the entire day. He was calming, patient, and such a reassuring presence—especially during the busy moments.
He even helped me get into my wedding dress, which I’ll never forget and was so grateful for. He was also amazing with our 2-year-old, capturing the sweetest moments while keeping everything fun and stress-free.

Russell was amazing and so accommodating from the start. He was fantastic with the children and the things he did to get such incredible shots! I would recommend Russell.
