From start to finish Russell was amazing! He was friendly, personable but professional, he knew exactly what would make a beautiful photograph. Russell was patient with our autistic son and understanding of the little ones who needed to nap (just in time for photographs!) Our wedding photos came back within 2 weeks, we've been so impressed with the quality of his work. He seamlessly went from candid to organised photos, checking in with us before hand and throughout the day what we wanted and what his ideas were. We can't thank Russell enough. We gave him very minimal direction, with the only request being a great photo of us with our children, and he delivered not only that, but also fantastic shots of our friends and family.
It was wonderful looking through the photos afterwards and feeling that he had truly captured our day perfectly. Every image brought back special memories and emotions from the day.
Russell was an absolute dream to work with. He was professional throughout, but also understood our sense of humour and was happy to have a laugh with us. He never put any pressure on us to pose for lots of photos, which made the whole experience feel natural and relaxed.
Some of the best shots were moments we didn't even realise he was there to capture. He documented so many beautiful, genuine moments that we will cherish for a lifetime.
We would 100% recommend Russell to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. If you're considering booking him, do it, you won't regret it!

Wedding at Hampton Court Castle
We were lucky enough to have Russell Lewis as our photographer for our wedding at Hampton Court Castle on 18th March 2026, and from start to finish, he exceeded every expectation we had.
We first met Russell when he took our daughters’ nursery pictures, and it was clear straight away how friendly, warm, and approachable he is.
From the very first wedding planning meeting, he put us completely at ease and gave us a clear vision of how our day would flow. We felt confident knowing exactly how the day would be captured.
On the wedding morning, he arrived at the crack of dawn to photograph myself and my bridesmaids getting ready. Russell’s professionalism stood out immediately — he was smartly dressed, calm, and incredibly organised. He went above and beyond throughout the day, helping me with my dress, assisting the groom and groomsmen with their ties and finishing touches, and working seamlessly with the venue layout to capture everything perfectly.
Russell’s warmth and easygoing nature made everything feel effortless, and everyone commented on how amazing, professional, and personable he was. He truly helped keep the day running smoothly while capturing every special moment we could ever wish to relive.
The photos themselves are absolutely stunning — genuinely everything and more than we could have hoped for. Every image is beautifully composed and full of emotion, capturing not just how the day looked, but how it felt. From the big moments to the smallest details, he captured it all so perfectly, and we feel so lucky to have such an incredible collection of memories to look back on.
We also received the photos back in super quick time, which was such a wonderful surprise.
Truly exceptional in every way —a photographer who genuinely cares about your day and the memories he creates.

Russell was absolutely amazing from the moment we first contacted him. He’s so calm and easy to work (at all times) which I can only assume comes with years of experience.
I forgot to confirm the booking for our legal wedding the day before our big celebration (I won’t claim to be the most organised bride) and he dropped everything last minute to be there to capture our signing ceremony. Such dedication!!!
I can’t thank him enough 👏🏼
