I firstly want to say thank you and to feedback that what you pulled together, in terms of presentation, thought and consideration of our (big!) ask and ease of use (i.e. including as much as you could in the quote and being very clear in what wasn’t included or what optionality we had), was so refreshing compared to the two other (well known) travel agents we’ve spoken to. You did an amazing job to squeeze everything you did into our budget and presented it so clearly.
