From boutique marquees to large stretch tents and various bell tents, there is plenty to choose from when hiring a marquee or tipi for your wedding day in Herefordshire. Specialist rental companies are on hand to bring your vision to life, so all you have to do is search Hitched and find several expert businesses at your fingertips!

Why Hire a Marquee or Tipi for My Wedding in Herefordshire?

Couples planning a marquee or tipi wedding may have a clear idea of what their wedding will look and feel like. Some select additional coverage such as yurts, pole tents, and gazebos to complement their stately home wedding venue or to offer a semi-alfresco feel to their outdoor ceremony and reception.

If you wish to curate your day as you please, then organsing a marquee or tipi wedding can allow for more flexibility and input when it comes to venue dressing, floor plans, and guest-list size. Having autonomy over the style and ambiance of your wedding venue as well as having the freedom to add more guests to the list are just some of the reasons couples choose to celebrate their big day this way.

If you are planning a late spring or summer wedding, then you may consider hiring a tipi or marquee in Herefordshire to tie in with the seasons and your chosen theme.

What to Discuss With Wedding Marquee and Tipi Companies in Herefordshire

Check availability and inquire about what sort of marquees, tents, or tipis the company offers. Many marquees and tipi rentals in Herefordshire also cover events in other parts of the country and are available to deliver and travel. Check what their delivery status is and if they provide setup and breakdown as part of their rental package.

Ask the point of contact at the hiring company if they require dimensions for your venue's grounds. They will want to know your guest-list size and the layout of your wedding venue so that they can organise tents and tipis accordingly.

Explain your wedding theme and vision so that you are on the same page. Whether you seek rustic and romantic yurts or bell tents with a festival-style, exotic look or a traditional marquee with elegant ceiling drapes, chandeliers, and Georgian-style window panels, you will find companies in and near Herefordshire that offer the perfect structures to complement your wishes.

What an amazing day we will never forget! From start to finish, everything was just incredible. We wanted a wedding where everyone could relax, enjoy themselves and soak up those festival wedding vibes, and Java Tipis certainly delivered! Martha and the team were always so accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. This meant our day ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. People are still talking about how beautiful the tipis were and what an amazing atmosphere they created. We honestly couldn’t recommend Java Tipis enough. They helped make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more! Thank you, Martha and the team, for being such a special part of our unforgettable day.
