Once you have your date and venue confirmed it's good to drop us a call at our offices 01403 782888, or send us an email to team@tohaveandtohireevents.com and we can check if we have availabilty

Do you offer an online list of weddings?

No

What areas do you cover?

London, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and South Kent. We can do installs further afield but would quote accordingly for travel time. This depends on our availability

How do you work?

We recommend that all our clients arrange a slot with a stylist to discuss their day if they are looking for full installation service. We can then work with you to create a bespoke quotation

Operating hours:

Our office hours are monday to friday 9am to 5pm. We obviously do installs outside of these hours and we offer stylist appointments on weekends, evenings and weekdays

Just perfect

To Have and To Hire are great

They have such a huge range of decorations it was hard to choose what to go with.

We ended up getting signage, faux florals, table decorations, Polaroid station and ceremony decor.

We gave minimal input, just the colours we like and they ran with it and made the venue just stunning.

Dream venue style

Thank goodness to have and to hire just get it! I was worried that what I was trying to explain i wanted would not be clear but when they decorated the venue, just wow! They did just get my vision!

Couldn’t have asked for more!

To have and to hire were professional from the start. The decor on the day was more than we could have asked for - the centrepieces were exactly what we had pictured, the ceremony looked amazing and the small touches were greatly appreciated. Everything that we had asked for, we were assured that no matter what we chose for our decor they would ensure that they would tailor it to look incredible and they surely followed through. We cannot express how pleased we were, thank you for contributing to our incredible day and going above and beyond!

Sashes

Thank you to have and to hire, i hired hessian and lace sashes for my chair covers as well as wooden heart tea light holders! They looked absolutely beautiful! Resonable price too! Thank you again x

Lanterns & Festoon Lights

Absolutely amazing! The team was very helpful and friendly. They exactly knew what effect i wanted in the hall. As it was a community hall i was worried about how it would look. However the lanterns and festoon lights was enough to change the hole atmosphere. i am very happy with this company and would highly likely recommend anyone that wants to give it a unique touch to there special day.

Thank you!

From the moment me and Kerry met Sara in the office we knew she completely understood the wedding style we were after from the off. In the build up to the big day we had many ideas, some of which were fairly unique, and ultimately we saw them come to life exactly how we imagined. And for those areas which we were unsure of Sara made some great suggestions that were perfect. We got married at LongFurlong Barn and Sara managed that relationship with them so we did not have to worry about anything. The team here even made it through some windy, stormy conditions to erect some of the styling on site and the barn looked incredible. (See the photo albums). We cannot thank you enough for the hard work that went into our day (we even had personalised sparklers!!!)

Recommedation

Can't recommend Sara and her team enough! We are still buzzing 3 days after our wedding and were so impressed with their calm and friendly nature. The decoration was absolutely beautiful and so well put together. We particularly loved our light up letters! Thank you so much xxx

Recommedation

Just wanted to thank the team for their help at our wedding at the start of July. The items were great and really added to our day - the hay bales looked awesome and the games kept everyone entertained. They were a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy from start to finish. Having dry hired a barn and dealing with a fair few suppliers who were unreliable and a total pain, I can safely say that To Have & To Hire were fantastic! Highly recommended :)
