We were given several decoration companies by our venue. We chose By Emerald events due to the cost difference but they had also got married at our venue and knew exactly what we needed and what we didn’t. We had a great experiencing meeting Steph and Tom at the showroom. We were able to set up our tables to see exactly how they would be on the day.
The venue looked stunning and everyone commented on the trees outside the little castle. They accommodated everything they needed and even purchased other flowers we wanted as memorial to my dad. Nothing was too much for them to sort. They made this part of our wedding so easy and straight forward. They also let us come up again to match the bridesmaid dresses to the colour decoration we had chosen.
We would use them again in the future for other events

We were so happy with everything you provided for our wedding. The showroom was such a lovely way to visualise everything we would have on our wedding day. It was so simple and we really didn’t have to do anything, we picked what we wanted and you both set it up perfectly. We had to change quantities of things last minute, nothing was too much trouble.

Our experience with Steph & Tom was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From our very first message all the way through to our wedding day was such a seamless process. Steph & Tom are very personable people and couldn't do enough for us! Their showroom is a great addition to their business as it gives future brides and grooms the opportunity to walk round and to see all of their wonderful products on display rather than only being able to see items online or in a brochure. The showroom also provides inspiration which is also a great help. All communication was clear and efficient throughout, from emails to phone calls to in person. The end result from By Emerald Events was exactly what we were looking for and our venue couldn't have looked anymore beautiful! I would highly recommend By Emerald Events to everyone and anyone!

Emerald Events truly pulled it out of the bag! We wanted our wedding decor to really represent who we are as a couple, nothing over the top. Steph and Tom have been friendly and professional right from the start, nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble regardless of how many emails I sent (which were a lot!).

Just wow, after hearing so many stories about events decorating teams not allowing part diy or their events team not putting the wedding parties own items out, i was sceptical but WOW steph and tom blew us away with an incredible quote, brilliant ideas and a mix of our stuff and theirs last minute changes and extra trips to visit the venue and bring it all to life. Just pick up the phone they are miricale workers even on a tight budget

Steph and Tom really enhanced the look and feel of our wedding day at Highley Manor. Whilst we didn't go to a showroom, Steph was so responsive on email and WhatsApp to send through images of their stock and costs. They had such a personable feel which we loved and they were always willing to adapt to reference images we had seen online. It honestly looked perfect and I couldn't recommend Emerald Events enough. We visited ByEmerald Events for our upcoming wedding and was in such a panic over the little time we had left to organise everything. Steph and Tom at By Emerald Events were incredible. We first met them at a wedding fair and booked to go and see them at their showroom. From the moment we met them they were so warm and personable and they were so invested in the vision we had for our wedding day. We visited their showroom twice and both times Steph and Tom were so warm and friendly and really helpful when thinking about different decor options. Especially at our first visit when everything was a bit overwhelming and I was finding it difficult to make decisions, they were so patient and helpful and came up with lots of creative ideas. Throughout the process nothing was too much trouble for Steph and Tom, they were always really prompt in communicating with me and were really flexible as my ideas changed, nothing was too much trouble for them at all and I trusted them completely. On our day they were even happy to help us incorporate some of our decor items into their designs. By the end of the planning process they truly felt like friends and we were sad that our relationship with them was coming to an end. I could not recommend By Emerald Events enough they are a very hard working, dedicated couple who are doing an amazing job at helping people plan their big days and I really wish them all the success in building their business, I would contact them again in a heartbeat if I have another event to plan.

Steph and Tom have been absolutely amazing. I called on them last minute to help with some extras to finish our beautiful wedding. They have been so attentive and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. The range of decor and effort they put into creating the set up is amazing. Our wedding was finished off so nicely! We loved our giant S and J which added a glow to the dance floor along with all the centre pieces, flower wall and chair covers. Steph and Tom are so so friendly and their showroom is absolutely gorgeous. They decorated for our wedding at Mannings Heath, they were there very early in the morning and we hired chair sashes, table runners, table Centerpieces, lanterns glitter wall and a flower arch. The prices were so reasonable and everything looked gorgeous!!!
They made the whole process seamless and I never had to worry or stress!
