Tom and Steph were amazing with helping us decide what we wanted for our wedding. They had fab ideas and advice and we are delighted with what we have chosen for our big day.
They are both very down to earth and we felt comfortable immediately. We were worried about bringing our daughters to the showroom but Tom and Steph were great with them.

We loved working with Steph and Tom on our wedding design. Being around people who have done it was so reassuring, and being able to walk around the showroom helped to visualise what our venue would look like. They have such an incredible range of things to choose from and the colours were a perfect match to our theme. Steph and Tom dressed two venues for us, communicated brilliantly throughout and our photos speak for themselves! Steph and Tom at By Emerald Events were incredible. We first met them at a wedding fair and booked to go and see them at their showroom. From the moment we met them they were so warm and personable and they were so invested in the vision we had for our wedding day. We visited their showroom twice and both times Steph and Tom were so warm and friendly and really helpful when thinking about different decor options. Especially at our first visit when everything was a bit overwhelming and I was finding it difficult to make decisions, they were so patient and helpful and came up with lots of creative ideas. Throughout the process nothing was too much trouble for Steph and Tom, they were always really prompt in communicating with me and were really flexible as my ideas changed, nothing was too much trouble for them at all and I trusted them completely. On our day they were even happy to help us incorporate some of our decor items into their designs. By the end of the planning process they truly felt like friends and we were sad that our relationship with them was coming to an end. I could not recommend By Emerald Events enough they are a very hard working, dedicated couple who are doing an amazing job at helping people plan their big days and I really wish them all the success in building their business, I would contact them again in a heartbeat if I have another event to plan.

Steph and Tom are so so friendly and their showroom is absolutely gorgeous. They decorated for our wedding at Mannings Heath, they were there very early in the morning and we hired chair sashes, table runners, table Centerpieces, lanterns glitter wall and a flower arch. The prices were so reasonable and everything looked gorgeous!!!
They made the whole process seamless and I never had to worry or stress!

We visited ByEmerald Events for our upcoming wedding and was in such a panic over the little time we had left to organise everything. During my initial chat with Steph, she was so lovely, helpful, reassuring, and really made me feel at ease. Having answered her questions, she was easily able to visualise what we were looking for. Upon visiting their cosy little showroom, both Steph and Tom exuded warmth, and to our surprise, had prepped the room with a fantastic display of decor catered towards our needs. The most enjoyable part, was getting to decorate our very own table with everything we loved but it was definitely the special quirky items they had that really made our wedding extra special, such as their crisp wall, their beautifully decorated sweet cart and gorgeous walls full of flowers and sparkles. Steph and Tom have been absolutely amazing. I called on them last minute to help with some extras to finish our beautiful wedding. They have been so attentive and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. The range of decor and effort they put into creating the set up is amazing. Our wedding was finished off so nicely! We loved our giant S and J which added a glow to the dance floor along with all the centre pieces, flower wall and chair covers. Our venue looked absolutely stunning and everyone commented on how well it had all been put together. I would highly recommend Emerald Events!
