Steph and Tom were absolutely incredible from the beginning. They were so warm and welcoming when we met them at their lovely showroom and really took the time to go over every detail to make sure they had our vision in mind. Their communication was fantastic throughout and our wedding day looked absolutely incredible thanks to their attention to detail and beautiful decorations. We had so many compliments on how stunning the venue looked, some guests even wanted to keep the centrepieces! Thank you both so much for making our wedding look exactly how we wished it to and being such a huge part of our special day!

Steph and Tom completely exceeded our expectations for venue dressing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautifully decorated venue and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We were so impressed with Emerald’s prices and quality that we kept adding more and more! 100% recommend.

Steph & Tom were incredible. Our wedding ideas were brought to life by their beautiful decor and we can’t thank them enough!

We used Emerald Events for our wedding in May this year 🤍✨
Steph and Tom are so down to earth, friendly and incredibly supportive of every idea we had. I think I changed my mind about the colours at least three times, and they were so patient while I talked them through my 50-page presentation!
They made the whole process feel easy, from meeting in the showroom, to keeping in touch by text, to our final planning meeting. Any moments of stress or last-minute wobbles were always handled with kindness and reassurance.
Thank you both for being such a special part of our wedding journey and for bringing our romantic fairytale vision to life🩷

It was amazing, Steph and Tom made it all even better than I could have envisaged! They created bespoke florals for me and the set up was amazing 😊

Lovely couple. We were really happy with our flowers and decor.

Steph and Tom were brilliant!

It was such a pleasure to have Tom & Steph style our wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast! Everything looked beautiful and we couldn’t recommend them enough! Everything was exactly how we wanted it and we are so grateful.
Thank you so so much guys xx 🫶🏼

Steph and Tom were amazing and totally transformed the barns for us . They dressed everything as we wanted and truly made our day special . If we have a vow renewal we will be booking you guys again

We were given several decoration companies by our venue. We chose By Emerald events due to the cost difference but they had also got married at our venue and knew exactly what we needed and what we didn’t. We had a great experiencing meeting Steph and Tom at the showroom. We were able to set up our tables to see exactly how they would be on the day.
The venue looked stunning and everyone commented on the trees outside the little castle. They accommodated everything they needed and even purchased other flowers we wanted as memorial to my dad. Nothing was too much for them to sort. They made this part of our wedding so easy and straight forward. They also let us come up again to match the bridesmaid dresses to the colour decoration we had chosen.
We would use them again in the future for other events

We were so happy with everything you provided for our wedding. The showroom was such a lovely way to visualise everything we would have on our wedding day. It was so simple and we really didn’t have to do anything, we picked what we wanted and you both set it up perfectly. We had to change quantities of things last minute, nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend to anyone getting married.
Thank you both 💚

Our experience with Steph & Tom was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From our very first message all the way through to our wedding day was such a seamless process. Steph & Tom are very personable people and couldn't do enough for us! Their showroom is a great addition to their business as it gives future brides and grooms the opportunity to walk round and to see all of their wonderful products on display rather than only being able to see items online or in a brochure. The showroom also provides inspiration which is also a great help. All communication was clear and efficient throughout, from emails to phone calls to in person. The end result from By Emerald Events was exactly what we were looking for and our venue couldn't have looked anymore beautiful! I would highly recommend By Emerald Events to everyone and anyone!

Emerald Events truly pulled it out of the bag! We wanted our wedding decor to really represent who we are as a couple, nothing over the top. Steph and Tom have been friendly and professional right from the start, nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble regardless of how many emails I sent (which were a lot!).

Thank you so much for making our day so special.

Just wow, after hearing so many stories about events decorating teams not allowing part diy or their events team not putting the wedding parties own items out, i was sceptical but WOW steph and tom blew us away with an incredible quote, brilliant ideas and a mix of our stuff and theirs last minute changes and extra trips to visit the venue and bring it all to life. Just pick up the phone they are miricale workers even on a tight budget

Steph and Tom really enhanced the look and feel of our wedding day at Highley Manor. Whilst we didn't go to a showroom, Steph was so responsive on email and WhatsApp to send through images of their stock and costs. They had such a personable feel which we loved and they were always willing to adapt to reference images we had seen online. It honestly looked perfect and I couldn't recommend Emerald Events enough. Thank you! x

Steph and Tom were brilliant and provided excellent customer service. They were professional at all times and accommodating when needed. I would highly recommend them.
