Ambience West Sussex is a wedding styling service that caters for all your décor, floristry and signage needs. From ceremony backdrops to table centrepieces to bouquets to table plans, we ensure that every detail of your wedding day is perfectly coordinated and taken care of.
We are known for our elegant and contemporary style, attention to detail and high-quality products and every design is bespoke to ensure that the look of your wedding is unique and personal to you.
Our service includes the design, delivery, set up and collection of all the items, giving you the time to enjoy your special day without any unnecessary stress.
How we work
Planning the styling and décor for your wedding day should be an exciting and enjoyable experience and we love guiding our couples through it. Our process involves an initial consultation where we get a clear understanding of what you are looking for, then we put together a personalised design concept and quote for you. Once you are happy with everything and have paid a deposit, your date will be reserved, and then final details are confirmed approximately 8-10 weeks before.
On your wedding day, we arrive early to set up and bring your vision to life and return the following day to take it all down, allowing you to savour every single minute of your big day with the peace of mind that your venue will be dressed beautifully.

The Perfect Day
Everyone was so complimentary on how beautiful the decor was and the smaller details and seeing it all come to life was breathtaking. The flower arch, the disco balls and the centre pieces were just stunning all together and the mix and match of the reds and pinks were just incredible - the photos honestly don’t do it justice of just how amazing it looked!

Best venue stylist ever, took away so much stress!
We cannot explain how convenient it was having Lauren come to set up the venue and then change the decor around to reuse items from the ceremony into the reception.
She even helped us navigate last minute chair stress with the venue!
She is so lovely and made us feeling comfortable from our very first zoom call. She understood exactly what we wanted and took so much stress away from us by sorting out all of the styling!
