Firenze Pizza
After more than 25 years working as a chef in the corporate food‑service and catering world, our founder decided it was time to follow his true passion: exceptional pizza.
The spark came during a trip to Tuscany in 2025. Sitting by a fire on a wine estate in Sienna, sharing a glass of Chianti with his brother, the idea of creating a pizza‑wagon venture was born. Inspired by their time in Florence, the name Firenze felt like the perfect fit.
We’re known for our friendly, relaxed, yet slick and professional service. Our Neapolitan pizza ingredients are sourced directly from Italy and carry the Vera Pizza certification, ensuring true authenticity. All fresh produce is predominantly British and seasonal.
While we have a core menu to maintain consistency and excellence, we pride ourselves on being flexible. Every wedding is unique, and we love working closely with couples to tailor our offering to their tastes and vision.
We approach every wedding and event as a partnership, and this mindset has served us incredibly well.

I am a chef with 25 years of hands‑on culinary experience, shaped by a long career in corporate hospitality and a deep love for creating food that brings people together. Over the years, I have grown from chef to Culinary Director, leading large teams, securing new business, and launching restaurant concepts for major organisations.
Alongside this, I have always had an entrepreneurial streak. My passion has always been food, but pizza sits firmly at the top of the list — a craft which I continues to refine, experiment with, and share with others and is the reason why Firenze was founded.
Hi I'm Fran a digital‑marketing whiz by day and a pizza‑slinging powerhouse by night. Currently studying Digital Marketing, I'm the creative brain behind Firenze’s look, vibe, and online presence, blending strategy with pure passion.
A true food lover (especially when it comes to pizza), I bring the joy, energy, and a whole lot of fun to everything we do. Whether crafting the perfect slice or designing the next campaign, my mission is simple: make people happy through great food and great experiences.
