Have you been to a wedding when the food looks all fancy, but in reality you are left feeling rather hungry at the end of the meal! Or have you finally been served your food, only to find, at best, that your food is warm and not hot? Or worse still, the top table have finished their food and the last table of guests are only just getting theirs!!!

Well we are the masters of serving amazingly tasty and hot food, with generously served portions that will fill the hungriest of guests and in a speedy, professional manner! Not only that, but we always ensure that at least half of your guests can come back for even more if they can possibly manage it! You only have to read all the numerous 5 star reviews!

Quite simply, we prefer to take less time on fancy irrelevant plate decor and, instead, concentrate on making each course taste and look exceptional, but also be substantial, without all the faff, so your guests will love how our individual courses are plated (please take a look at our numerous photos), but they will also love the fact that they will be left full and content at the end of the wedding breakfast. Proper wholesome, hearty food!

We have one of the best 'staff to guest' ratios in the business to ensure we serve speedily and professionally, but for those of you unsure about whether to have 'plated service' or 'buffet service', we have an unrivalled 'buffet service' which ticks many of the boxes, but also ticks some boxes you may not have considered:

• With buffet service, guests will watch us create their wedding breakfast in our huge paellas (pans) (see photos) whether it be the paellas or one pots, they can see, hear and smell the aromas filling the room! With buffet service they can also come to us to be served and choose more than one option too. Unlike with plated service, where we need to know everyone's choices in advance of the day! I would be very rich if I had a £1 for every guest that asked for two choices that are in front of them, rather than only one choice with plated service!
• We can serve 100 guests in just 8 minutes with our buffet service, speedy, efficient and much more fun for the guests
• You save quite a bit of money too, because we don't have to charge you for more staff to provide the plated service, and these savings you can put towards other costs, more alcohol for example!
• Even if you choose our buffet service, we can provide our dedicated 'drinks team' who will ensure your table drinks are topped up, toast drinks are served, throughout your wedding breakfast (see brochure for details)

We can take care of the next morning brunch, with a selection of pastries, juices, hot drinks, and of course a well filled breakfast bap with all your favourite ingredients in! For a minimum of 30 guests, we will take care of your hangover cure, whilst you all catch up on the night before!
