Wedding Cakes in Devon

I approached Lucho to make an 80th birthday cake for my MIL after seeing examples of Andriea's work. Lucho was very communicative all through the process making sure that he understood what I wanted. I paid the deposit online and the balance when I saw him at South Molton Pannier Market. I collected the cake from the bakery and put it in the fridge when I got home. Cake was 2 tiers, bottom vanilla and top chocolate covered in Italian buttercream with fondant flowers. Cake travelled up to Surrey for the birthday party and it arrived in perfect condition. Everybody loved the cake and I have to say that I haven't tasted a vanilla sponge cake so good in a very long time. It was delicious! MIL sent a note subsequently to say the cake was amazing and that she took some around to her neighbours. If you want a special celebration cake get in touch with Lucho Bakes!

Perfect from start to finish, we went for a tasting appointment with Debbie, the sponges were light and soft and so tasty, we chose 3 tiers of chocolate, vanilla and lemon, I knew how I wanted it to look and when I saw it on the day it was exactly what I’d asked for, I didn’t want to cut it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Whites Cake house, I had the most gorgeous, delicious cake.

From the tasting session to the day such professionalism with a personal touch and gorgeous looking and tasting cupcakes for our wedding. Thank you.

Chloe was incredible at making our wedding cake journey enjoyable and seemless. We were able to discuss through the kind of style we were thinking and Chloe was able to give us a number of options to create our dream cake. Not only did it look incredible but after trying some taster cupcakes (all of which were amazing) we went for her lemon cake. It was fresh and light but not too sweet and so many people came up to us saying how delicious it was. Can’t recommend Chloe enough - thank you!

I am very familiar with Stacc’s cakes and I was very excited about using them for our wedding. We were sent the flavour choices and picked out the fillings that we wanted to use and allowed Bronwen to pair the flavours with the sponge choices. I sent photos of cake ideas that we loved for our special day and agreed on a yellow one and using our flowers to match the theme of our wedding. Bronwen came in the morning and decorated our cake and it was stunning (see photo) the cake itself tasted amazing, all the flavours were so fresh and everyone at the wedding complemented how delicious it was. I would highly recommended using Stacc for your cake needs and for the great professional service they provided.

Andreia created a beautiful wedding cake with macaron tower for our wedding at Tunnels beaches. Her price was extremely reasonable and she was very responsive and super easy to work with. Andreia is a lovely person and wants to get everything just perfect for you. She did a brilliant job setting up and the cake and macarons were delicious! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend .

I had a three tier wedding cake with three flavours and buttercream icing. All three flavours (I've had all three) are fantastic. I had a gothic wedding so wanted a black cake and instead of making black icing that would stain people's mouths, Emese made a black chocolate spray to use on the buttercream which made it look seamless and the smell of chocolate was glorious! The cake is also the last thing I sorted out only 2 or 3 months before the wedding and I didn't get the sense that she was rushing or that I'd come to her too late. A very professional experience, and a delicious cake!

From start to finish these amazing people made our cake the perfect addition to our day!.. it was made with such love and attention to detail we honestly couldn't ask for more. It was so delicious, all our guests absolutely raved about how gorgeous it was and the tastiest wedding cake they've ever had!. Not only that we had constant communication and excellent service! We would Definitely recommend for the most perfect cake!
