I was optimistic given the great reviews, but unfortunately I had a poor experience.

My fitting was very rushed without the time taken to understand what I wanted. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and asked to pay £180 for a simple waist alteration upfront.

The same day I asked to cancel the order as I didn’t feel right about the appointment. They said work had began straight away, and that I was unable to cancel (of which I am very doubtful given I was advised the garment was ready over a week later).

Having been made to continue with the order, the alterations were okay, but not perfect (I’ll have to take to another tailors). Definitely not worth the price and wish I had been able to cancel.

Overall a poor experience. Trust your intuition at the appointment and do not proceed if you’re not 100% sure.
