Elle Couture began as an atelier, not a warehouse. Every piece we make is cut, beaded and finished by hand for the person who ordered it, not pulled from a shelf. That's still true of everything we ship today.

Vesa Qarrolli has worked in fashion for more than 10 years. She graduated from Akademia Evolucion, Kosovo's leading private school for fashion design, and spent years working alongside different well-known fashion designers before starting on her own. Sewing runs in her family too: they've worked as tailors for more than a 100 years, and that hands-on, made-to-measure approach is what she's built Elle Couture around.
