It was those thoughtful touches, alongside her professionalism, that made the entire experience so memorable. She fitted my wedding dress perfectly to my frame over several incredibly considered appointments, always taking the time to ensure every detail was exactly right. Even when trips were time sensitive, Cynthia would prioritise fittings so I always left feeling reassured, confident, and excited rather than overwhelmed. No stone was ever left unturned, and every curious question I had was answered with such patience and expertise that I completely trusted the process from beginning to end. Communication throughout was also exceptional. Cynthia regularly phoned and texted to ensure every arrangement was organised, confirmed, and running smoothly, which made me feel supported every step of the way. Choosing and designing my dress at Joyce Young was a pleasure from start to finish. Mary and all the other staff were so helpful and friendly, and the experience was one of my favourite parts of preparing for the wedding. It was great to have the flexibility to take elements that I liked from different dresses and combine them to create one that was unique for me. Kolin had an amazing attention to detail when designing the dress, in particular when attaching the individual pieces of lace on the top. The final result was perfect and really comfortable to wear. I also loved having different items that I could add or remove, such as the separate top and overskirt, to create several different looks during the course of the day. Thank you to everyone at Joyce Young for being such an important part of my special day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joyce Young to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique wedding dress.
