Harriet was so communicative throughout the whole booking process, the trial, the big day and even in the days after my wedding. Every time I emailed I received a response quickly and efficiently. She even went on maternity leave and was juggling new born life throughout it all and still made me feel supported and calm! Harriet has amazing systems for submitting bridesmaids and MOB/G make up and hair ideas so I felt like I didn’t have to think about any of those extra bits of info. On the wedding day she made me feel so chilled and even helped me fix my dress before I left - she could see I was starting to feel panicky and just took it upon herself to help me calm down! She also listened and changed aspects of my makeup that I wasn’t sure about which was great for the people pleaser in me! Her team she brought for the bridesmaids hair and makeup were also brilliant and just reflected the kind of people she surrounds herself with. Overall I fully recommend Harriet not just for her amazing make up and hair skills but for the organisation and service she delivers.

I was so pleased with my makeup as a bridesmaid. Harriet really listened to what I wanted and was considerate of my individual skin type. It lasted from 07:45-03:00 which is pretty impressive! Very profesional and also incredibly friendly.

Harriet did my wedding hair and makeup and for my bridal party - she was FAB. She really listened to what I wanted and as someone who doesn't normally wear a lot of makeup I felt really safe in her hands. I also felt really relaxed in her company and we had such a fun time chatting! I would definitely recommend her!!

From my bridal preview, to the big day Harriett made me feel so comfortable. I made some quite big changes between my preview and the wedding day, both hair and makeup, and this was never an issue. Harriett has so much knowledge meaning she was able to give me the best advice, explain everything in full and always ask the right questions.

I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. My makeup didn’t budge, even after getting on a boat trip after the ceremony!!

I wanted to write this review for the wonderful Harriet, because I honestly cannot thank her enough for her kindness, patience, and artistry. She is such an incredible woman, and if we lived closer I would absolutely adore having her as a friend — which is just a testament to how warm and genuine she is.

From the very start, communication was faultless. When I wasn't able to make the journey for an in-person trial, Harriet offered a WhatsApp video call without a second thought — and even opened it up so my bridesmaids could join and ask any questions they had. That level of care and thoughtfulness really set the tone for everything that followed.

On the day itself, Harriet made me feel so completely at ease. There were a couple of moments during my makeup where we looked at each other and just said "how rubbish is it that we can't be friends!" — and I think that says it all really. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you've known her for years within minutes of meeting her. She even helped me out by dropping off a gift I had bought for my mother-in-law at the pub opposite the venue on her way — completely above and beyond, and just so typical of the kind of person she is.

I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day! From the trial through to the big day, Harriet was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you Harriet and your team for making the entire journey of my Bridal hair and makeup incredible. I do not usually wear much makeup, and was apprehensive as to how I would feel once it was done. Harriet put me completely at ease, she was so kind and understanding, and talked me through every step of the process during my trial. She was so communicative during the build up to the wedding day, and I felt like I was in very safe hands.

On the morning of the wedding, Harriet's team were just as a friendly and accomodating, and my bridesmaids, mother and mother in law all expressed how relaxed they felt during the morning. We all had a lot of fun! All the girls were over the moon with their looks, which lasted until the very end of the day.

Harriet is completely fabulous at what she does! From booking, to the big day Harriet is super communicative and professional in what she does. She has a portal where lots of decisions / pictures can be uploaded both for the bride and the bridal party. Harriet was super reassuring on the bridal trial (as I was slightly apprehensive) however she welcomed feedback and made the whole process calming. On the big day Harriet worked with all of my other bridal party and listened to what looks they desired and completed them all with ease! She was a pleasure to have around on the morning! I cannot recommend Harriet enough! It has been a pleasure to meet and get to know her, as well as having amazing makeup for my big day!

She was very obliging and understanding when I needed to adjust my booking - nothing seemed like too much hassle (which is perfect as it turns out wedding planning can get stressful and Harriet and my makeup was nothing to stress about!)

I’m very aware of some facial scarring that I have and Harriet dealt with my drawing on my eyebrow so well - I couldn’t tell it wasn’t a real brow!

My whole look came together perfectly and although I didn’t get my hair done (I have dreadlocks) my bridesmaids’ hair was beautiful (thank you Rachel so much!)

They had a clear schedule and blended seamlessly into the morning, creating a relaxed and exciting atmosphere. Their presence made the start of the day stress-free and enjoyable.

They stayed right up until we left for the ceremony, doing final touch-ups and ensuring everyone looked perfect as they walked out the door. Their attention to detail and thoughtful service were exceptional.
