She made us all feel so comfortable, confident, and truly ourselves. The whole experience felt relaxed, personal, and reassuring, just what you want when you’re getting ready on a big day. She talked me through the process of the bridal trial through to my wedding day, the App that Ila uses is very informative and helpful with tips on how to prep your skin for both the trial and leading up to the wedding day.
My bridal trial was relaxing and I enjoyed the whole day and I felt very special, Ila listens to exactly what you want and changes anything that you want for your big day through a feedback form that you complete afterwards.
Contact from Ila was very regular and the arrangements for the wedding day were very clear and she sent me a schedule for the day which was helpful for my hairdresser and other bridesmaids so that we all knew where we needed to be and what time.
On my wedding day, Ila was incredibly professional and the morning was stress free, it was very clear how much experience Ila has with wedding makeup.
I was so happy with my makeup on the day and I felt like a million dollars, everyone said how beautiful I looked and my makeup lasted the whole day.
My bridesmaids were also really happy with their makeup.
