Truly Wonderful day
We had such a truly wonderful day on 7th October. We can't thank you enough for all your help, assistance and support not only ensuring all was perfect for and on our big day but with the lead up to it too. You were always so efficient and very friendly. I would also like to mention that you were extremely patient and understanding at time when I'm sure with myself and other brides to be you tested to the max! The Old Swan are lucky to have you as their wedding coordinator. We were so happy with all the team at the Old Swan, the feedback from our guests to our chosen venue has been fantastic with the staff being uber friendly to the rooms being superb and the food outstanding so again a credit and huge thank you for assisting us with our perfect wedding day! We would also like to take this opportunity to ask you to pass on our thanks and regards to Graham who also was a huge help on the day! We would very much recommend The Old Swan to anyone considering a wedding venue/reception.

A wonderful wedding
Hi Sarah Just to say thank you to you and the staff at the Old Swan. We had a wonderful wedding despite the weather and everything was just perfect. Everyone said how wonderful the food was and Rebecca thought hers was superb - she always struggles to have a whole meal of things she wants. Perfect Wedding Reception
We had our wedding reception here on the sunday of August bank holiday weekend and we could not fault the hotel. From the intial booking right though to the big day the level of service and support was amazing. All our guests commented on how great the hotel location and reception function room were but also how impressed they were with the food not just at the reception but also with the other meals they had like breakfast. All staff were very friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us during our stay. Most of my family and friends live along way away so all stayed two or three nights, i saw alot of the rooms and all displayed a high level of comfort, space and cleaniness. I work in the hotel trade as do alot of our friends and family so we our not easily impressed and know what to look, but this is a very well run hotel which obvioulsy has a very good management structure in place. Thank you to graham (function manager, sarah wedding co ordinator) and the rest of the old swan team for all your effort in making it the perfect wedding day for us.

Truly Memorable Wedding
. I'm writing to thank you for the wonderful job which you and Graham did on helping out with my wedding. Your professionalism and diligence were exemplary and it was good to see your determination to move things on in the meetings which we had. Graham's role in helping out and overseeing everything on the day was executed flawlessly and it was thanks to his quick thinking that everything happened gelled together. We had an amazing day and it was really nice to have our wedding at the Old Swan. My friends and family are still mentioning the breathtaking venue and the amazing interior and are constantly asking if it was cheap or expensive, whether you have availability for next year as they may wish to use it. Shaguftha's family were also very and had a brilliant day so I'm doubly happy :) The honeymoon suite was very nice and the suite which we were staying in was also very plush. We had a good rest after the madness of the wedding and the room really helped us unwind in a comfortable environment. Dream Wedding
We are thrilled with how the day went - You, Graham and the team were absolutely fantatsic and went over and above and catered for ever little detail to make it the best day of our lives & I can't thank you all enough! The room was the most beautiful wedding reception room I have ever seen and I worked on weddings at the Marriott hotel for 5 years and have been reserching no-stop for 18 months! You actually made our dream wedding (that started out in my imagination) come to life but it looked even better than I imagined! Every person I have spoken to since the wedding echoed this thought and couldn't praise your staff enough for the excellent service provided throughout the day. Thank you again for all your help & advice over the past year or so, and please pass on my thank you's to Graham & the team too - he is an absolute superstar too!
