Marriage Requirements


UK citizens require the following in order to get married in Italy:

Full birth certificate – including names of both parents

Passport and a separate copy for both citizens getting married

If you are divorced then you’ll need to provide a Decree of Absolute

Plus evidence of the termination of any previous marriages from either party.
