We got married at Tenuta San Masseo in June, under the arches with Assisi in the background, and it was the most perfect day ❤️ neither of us speak Italian and we don’t live in Italy, but our wedding planner Iuliia was absolutely incredible at taking care of all our needs! She found us perfect vendors in our price range, and was able to accommodate every request we had. Communicative, efficient, and thoughtful, we felt so well taken care of both before the big day and during! Iuliia really helped bring our day to life - our guests can’t stop telling us what an incredible service they experienced. All the staff were excellent, and went above and beyond to ensure both us and our guests were looked after. We’ll treasure this experience forever!

My wife and I had the most fantastic experience at this wedding venue in Todi, Italy. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the stunning fireworks display, and especially the breathtaking views—it truly felt like something out of a dream. The staff went above and beyond for us. Every single person we interacted with was warm, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their kindness and professionalism. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. We already know we’ll be returning to celebrate future anniversaries. This place will forever hold a special spot in our hearts.

We had planned to visit several venues for our wedding, but as soon as we arrived here, there was no need to continue with the other viewings: we immediately knew that this was the perfect place for us. If you are looking for an elegant and authentic venue, free from that opulent, tacky and over-the-top aesthetic, this is definitely the right choice. The rose garden was undoubtedly the space that impressed us the most: no special decorations are needed, as it is already incredibly atmospheric and refined. The little deconsecrated shrine/chapel, framed by cypress trees, is truly a charming and intimate spot for a wedding ceremony, whether civil or symbolic. The venue is also very large and offers several different spaces for both the ceremony and reception, so holding the ceremony in the rose garden is by no means compulsory. We entrusted ourselves to the venue’s wedding manager, Sara, who supported us from our very first meeting all the way through to our wedding day, taking care of every organisational detail and accommodating the needs of our guests. We truly felt listened to and looked after! I can assure you that on our wedding day everything was organised so perfectly that there were no dull moments or unpleasant surprises. The whole day had a lively, seamless flow, and our guests never had a chance to get bored! The venue also provides the catering service for the reception, and I have to say that both we and our guests were genuinely impressed by the quality of the service, the generous and beautifully presented antipasti buffet, and the quality of the menu served for dinner itself. While planning the event, we hoped to achieve a great result, but the actual experience far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended to all couples who want to organise their wedding without stress or worries, but above all to those who appreciate the authenticity and understated charm of a historic place. When booking a destination wedding, the biggest fear is the unknown of what type of service each venue truly provides. There are beautiful venues all over the world, but it is the team behind the venue that is what makes weddings truly special. The team at Castello Di Montignano set the gold standard for this. We identified a short list of venues and Guiseppe's team responded immediately with incredible attention to detail. We instantly trusted them. We were told we would be the King and Queen of the castle and there was not one single point where we did not feel like this. Often people asked us about the stress of planning a destination wedding…in all honesty, with this team it was easy. Clear, honest and transparent communication was provides at all times. This relieved us of all stress associated to planning and executing a destination wedding. The food and wine tasting trip is the most magical reason for pre-wedding long weekend…everything comes to life when you meet this amazing team in person and explore the venue for the first time. Eva, David and the entire team held our hand at all times when completing the wedding technical document and structuring our dream wedding. No request was ever too much to ask…which was pretty crazy considering they had on average of 3 weddings a week there from April onwards! Planning is one thing, execution is another. It was flawless. If there was even the slightest hiccup (it’s a 3 day wedding, there will always be some type of late drama!) David was on hand to iron it out immediately. We had a small hiccup with the band that we selected and David and Eva jumped in immediately to let my Wife and I focus on our big day. The whole team spoilt us and our guests. Feedback from our guests was that it was the wedding of the year. There is an aura of energy at Castello Di Montagano that just makes it impossible to not have fun and create the most magical memories. Thank you Guiseppe, Eva, David and the entire team, we cannot wait to visit for an anniversary year or perhaps even a big birthday celebration sometime in the future…. P.S when they say you can ask for anything you want, they REALLY mean it! Also, if you are contemplating the fireworks….just do it.

We genuinely cannot recommend this venue enough. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was somewhere special, and somehow our wedding ended up being even more magical than we had ever imagined. Marco was incredible throughout the whole planning process and was a huge part of the reason we chose the venue. He was always so patient, flexible and helpful, making planning a destination wedding feel so much easier. The venue itself is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to, and we truly fell in love with it from the very beginning. What made it even more special was getting to share it with all of our favourite people and watching them fall in love with it just as much as we did. Even a week later, our guests are still talking about it! The three days we spent here created memories we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. It truly felt like our own little Italian dream come to life, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate. We keep reliving every bit of it with every spare minute we have. ✨ We already can’t wait to come back.

Everyone at Tenuta SLV was amazing, really accommodating, flexible and professional throughout the 2 years of planning we did from the first viewing all the way to the wedding day itself. We would highly recommend this venue for an intimate family orientated wedding with natural beauty and charm. Now for the specifics: Accommodation: there was room for all our guests on site each within several apartments that have bathrooms and small kitchenettes (though not all have a fridge) which was good for the day of the wedding when they had to organise their own lunches. Breakfast was provided each day to a good standard, with plenty of variety and good coffee which we brits value over most things! Getting everyone checked in was easy and Alicia was a fantastic welcoming presence on arrival. Food: The food throughout our stay was STUNNING. The pizza party the night before was perfect, a good range of sides with classic pizzas including salads went down a treat, all topped off with a gelato and brilliant wines. The food on our special day could not have been better which started with a HUGE apperitivo board complete with breads, meats, cheeses and veggie options. The dinner was amazing (pork and truffle pasta followed by Veal), well balanced and served quickly and we were so appreciative that seconds were brought round and the guests complimented this element the most. The dessert buffet was by far my favourite element and the range to choose from is excellent. The team work really hard to create culinary excellence, I was just sad it got taken away so quickly and didn't get to have more! The wine selection was more than satisfactory, and when we were informed by our guests that the Rose was a favourite of almost all attendees, the venue kindly provided extra bottles of this throughout our wedding day and during the open bar in the evening at a reasonable rate. Staff: The staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the day and while they often go unseen, we would like to commend them for making our day run so smoothly. A special shout out to the resident dog who came to greet us each morning. Flamigna has built something she and the family should be really proud of and we hope the success long continues for all involved.

La Fonte was not only the most beautiful wedding venue, but it truly felt like a second home in the hills of Umbria. This was largely thanks to Marco and Paola, the most amazing hosts. From the moment we met them during our venue visit to our stay with them throughout the wedding week, they were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. We were so lucky to have our wedding celebrations spread over three nights, and Marco and Paola were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from recommending vendors to helping us arrange car rentals and transport for our guests. The venue itself is nestled in the Umbrian hills, with stunning views across the valley below, particularly at sunset. Set across such a vast and beautiful area, there are so many options for where to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, each offering its own incredible backdrop. La Fonte also has a number of self-contained apartments, all beautifully decorated and perfectly suited to the setting. Marco and Paolo provided a variety of fresh produce in each apartment such as eggs, fruit and a delicious homemade cake which was a gorgeous personal touch. The private terraces were ideal for relaxing in the evenings with a few nibbles and a glass of wine, as well as providing the perfect backdrop for getting ready and taking photos before the ceremony. Another thing that made La Fonte feel so special was the animals that are part of the property. From the friendly dogs and cats to the horses, there was always something lovely to see during our stay. We especially loved seeing Nerini the pony roaming around the grounds. We had access to the saltwater pool throughout the entire weekend and loved hosting a barbecue there on the Sunday. It was the perfect way to relax, unwind and bring our wedding weekend to a close. The pool area was another wonderful space for all of our guests to enjoy during our stay and really added to the feeling of having our own little retreat in the Umbrian countryside. I would highly recommend anyone to consider La Fonte as the venue for their special day and know that we will definitely be returning soon for a visit! ❤️

My wife Lucia and I got married in this wonderful Borgo in 2023. We found out about this place on the internet and booked a visit about a year before the date we wanted to get married. It was the first place we saw as a possible location for our wedding, but we didn't look at any others: it immediately seemed perfect to us. You might think it was just because of the beauty of the place or the many options offered by the spaces, but what struck us (as Italians, we are used to beautiful places, even if such beautiful ones are rare) was the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. They made us feel welcome right away, in a genuine and sincere way, with the natural aim of supporting us in every phase of the wedding planning and enriching us with suggestions and ideas, always putting my wife and me first. I am used to traveling a lot for work and tourism, and never—I mean never—had I felt truly helped in this way. The obvious result was that the event was wonderful: every detail of the borgo was taken care of, with staff accompanying each guest to their room, a lush garden, and all the guests in awe of the beauty of the place. Two and a half years later, I realize how lucky I was to meet the people who made everything so great. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and created a magical setting for our wedding day. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. Their professionalism and positive attitude gave us confidence throughout the planning and on the day itself. The food was amazing, very tasty and there was plenty for everyone, so our guests were happy. We felt that the quality of the service, the setting and the catering was very high. The value for money is excellent. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples looking for a beautiful place, great food and a team they can trust.

Enormous hospitality. Rosaria takes the time to get to know you and works everything out according to your wishes. You decide for yourself how expensive you want to go. The food is fantastic. The wedding day itself was perfect. Rosaria and her husband were open to everything. As Belgians, we have different customs. Everything went smoothly.
