The property offers various indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for every moment of the day—from the aperitif to the dinner, and from the cake cutting to the celebrations—with the option to host civil or symbolic ceremonies directly on-site.

The outdoor areas allow for open-air ceremonies and events in a picturesque, scenic setting. Available spaces include:

- a panoramic area for civil or symbolic ceremonies;
- a shaded gazebo on the lawn for ceremonies;
- a paved area with umbrellas;
- a panoramic swimming pool;
- a bioclimatic pergola with clear side enclosures (Crystal style), accommodating up to 120 guests.

For indoor events, several rooms and spaces are available, including a room with a fireplace and a glass-walled veranda (with opening panels) seating up to 55 guests, and a central hall with a fireplace seating up to 40 guests, connected to a pergola with side enclosures accommodating up to 50 guests.

In the event of bad weather, guests are accommodated across the property's various indoor areas—spanning both the restaurant and the farmhouse—with a total capacity of up to 100 people. The venue does not feature a single, large banquet hall.

Cuisine is a central element of the Poggio del Bolognino experience. Two wedding menu options are available—"Basic" and "Evo"—with the possibility of customization to accommodate allergies and dietary intolerances.

The service includes a standard table setup with white linens, rectangular tables, and white straw-seated chairs, as well as waitstaff service during scheduled times. The "Basic" Menu features a welcome aperitif, an appetizer, two first courses, a main course with a side dish, the wedding cake, a fruit platter, and beverages.

The "Evo" Menu, on the other hand, offers an extensive aperitif and appetizer buffet set up across various stations, followed by first courses, a main course, side dishes, the wedding cake, a fruit platter, and beverages.

Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, along with the flexibility to choose specific dishes from a selection of alternatives.

To round out the experience, you can add a dessert buffet and organize activities or events for the days before or after the wedding—such as a Pizza Party, Pasta Party, Barbecue, or a Pizza/Pasta Masterclass.

Poggio del Bolognino can accommodate up to 22 people in a mix of double rooms and apartments, all set within the farmhouse grounds. Guests also have access to the panoramic swimming pool, open from May to September.
