Saturday: Soft Lunch, Wedding Ceremony, and Dinner
Start the day with a soft lunch for the couple and all guests, followed by your dream ceremony in our garden, chapel, or Limonaia. The evening features a spectacular wedding dinner with traditional Italian cuisine, complete with a bespoke wedding cake, tailored to your preferences.
Sunday: Farewell Brunch
Conclude the weekend with a delightful brunch, perfect for reminiscing before departure.
Daily Breakfast
Breakfast is served each morning in the Palazzo’s elegant dining spaces, ensuring your guests start the day right.
Our dedicated team coordinates all suppliers—catering, floral arrangements, DJ or live music, premium alcohol, professional celebrant, makeup artists, hairdressers, and photo/video services—ensuring a stress-free, cohesive experience tailored to your vision.

The Most Perfect Wedding Experience at Palazzo di Bagnaia
Enrico and Karin were incredibly kind and supportive, helping us with every detail of the planning and coordinating all the suppliers so that we never had to worry about a thing. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
The wedding day itself was flawless, and the atmosphere of the villa and gardens was magical. To end the weekend, we even organized a wine tasting at a nearby cantina, which was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable celebration.

Our Fairytale Wedding Weekend in Umbria
We loved how everything was organized: a fun welcome dinner on Friday night where our guests could relax and get to know each other, the wedding day itself on Saturday which was flawless from start to finish, and a beautiful brunch by the pool on Sunday. The catering was incredible — plenty of food, wine, and the most delicious cake!
Enrico was always just a call away during the planning process. Their support and supplier recommendations made the whole experience stress-free, even from abroad. The villa is not only stunning, but it has such a historic elegance that made our celebration truly unique. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to say “I do.”
A Weekend We Will Never Forget
We kicked off with a relaxed welcome dinner on Friday, spent all of Saturday celebrating in the most romantic setting, and ended with a brunch by the pool that nobody wanted to leave! Enrico and Karin were by our side from day one, always available for calls and incredibly supportive when it came to choosing and coordinating suppliers.
The entire weekend flowed perfectly thanks to their guidance. We are so grateful to Palazzo di Bagnaia for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended for anyone dreaming of a destination wedding in Italy.
