We just want to say the biggest thank you to the incredible wedding team at Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel – Karen, Joe, Lee, and Michelle for making our special day on 23/03/2025 truly unforgettable.

From the moment we booked, you supported us every step of the way. You answered every question (even our long list!), offered face-to-face meetings to go over the details, and always made us feel confident and cared for.

On the big day, you were simply amazing. From greeting us at the venue, checking in with us in the bridal pamper suite, to collecting and setting up our wedding props with such care, everything was seamless. We also want to thank Mel at Passions Flowers for being our flower fairy alongside your team, we understand why you recommend these, the rooms looked absolutely stunning!

Karen, you were so caring and reassuring throughout. Lee, you brought so much fun and energy as our fantastic host. Joe, thank you for your constant support and friendly smile. And Michelle, thank you for the little but oh-so-important moment of fluffing my dress just before I walked down the aisle. It meant the world.

The grounds of the venue were absolutely beautiful, they provided the most perfect backdrop for our wedding photos, which turned out simply gorgeous. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team or venue. A big shoutout as well to the chefs and service staff the food was delicious and we really appreciated their patience (and hot plates!) after our very long speeches!

Thank you for the added touches to the pamper and bridal suites, including basket of sweets, disco ball & swan shaped towels with rose petals. Thank you for offering us the biggest suite, no.19, myself and my bridal party had a blast.

To any future bride and groom considering Rogerthorpe Manor for their wedding, do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed. The team, the venue, the overall service, everything was perfect!

The wedding team are amazing… there is nothing that is ever too much for them to help with. During the planning stages, Karen was a god send. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She was prompt in her email responses and we felt that she was truly invested in making our day special. On the wedding day, all of them were there on hand to make it special. The day went off without a hitch. The wedding team ensured we felt relaxed and had fun with our guests while they sorted out all the room changes. Michelle was a friendly and reassuring face to walk us through the day. Lee was a fabulous master of ceremony who kept our guests entertained and ensured the day stayed on track. We wish we could do it all again. We cannot thank them all enough and hope that they continue to do what they do well for many years to come!

From the moment we met Karen at Rogerthorpe we knew she was very well versed in organising weddings. As the months progressed nearer to our wedding date Karen was so accommodating and always on hand to answer our questions and put our minds at rest if we weren’t sure about anything.

We had the most amazing day, the hotel is in the perfect setting. The staff were so organised and helpful right from the planning up until the end of the wedding day. The food was amazing which guests commented on and whenever we needed something it was seen to straight away, couldn't recommend here enough.

I could not thank Karen & the team for making our day as special as it was! From the moment I met with Karen to discuss how we pictured our day, we knew we were in safe hands and her and the team made it come to life! Everyone commented on how things moved so smoothly and how gorgeous the venue was!

The venue was absolutely amazing, they kept in contact with us throughout the process and updated us immediately when something changed due to the continually changing government guidance. They made sure the venue looked beautiful and the staff were so lovely and attentive! Well done Rogerthorpe Manor, couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Would recommend to anyone.

had our wedding here yesterday 7 10 18 what a magical day it was from start to finish the staff are absolutely amazing Karen for every little detail Kate for her technical help with my chubby brown video and the guy on reception for well just being brilliant this morning. the rest of the staff were fabulous too but I didn't catch their names. also Lee the master of ceremonies what a guy! he knew all our names who was who and who was where etc.. fab!! thank you all so much!!! many thanks MRS FIRTH

We had our wedding here on 5th October. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We had a small ceremony but we were made to feel just as important as a large wedding. Karen and the team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are great. The food was fantastic. We had the best day of our lives. Thank you so much
