Facilities & Capacity
Oulton Hall offers a range of suites to suit different celebrations. The Oulton Suite accommodates 80–220 guests, while the Repton Room is ideal for more intimate weddings of around 65 guests. The Claret Jug can host up to 120 evening guests. Guests can also enjoy 152 bedrooms, a health club, spa, 27-hole golf course, and picturesque grounds—perfect for wedding photographs.

Lovely weeding.
We really appreciated your quick responses whenever we had questions and the professional manner in which you dealt with our enquiries. We also particularly appreciated you arranging for my mum and me to use the spa facilities before the wedding.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Antonia, who worked incredibly hard on our wedding day. We would also like to thank Carlos, who was very helpful and supportive throughout the day. Our thanks also go to all the staff who were on duty and contributed to making our wedding day special and memorable.

The most memorable wedding day
Sinéad & Pauls Big Day
There was 2 ‘negative’ points.
One being the pricing. We ended up having to pay more than I initially thought for each guest as the breakdown on the contract, in my opinion, was misleading/unclear.
There was also issues with the microphone on the day of the wedding, meaning those who were giving a speech had to stop and start numerous times as the speaker connected to the microphone didn’t work consistently.
Unfortunately technical issues can occur so it was through no fault of any staff member and it was addressed to our satisfaction.
From the venue, and the food to the assistance and flexibility of the staff we are more than happy to recommend the Oulton Hall Hotel as an ideal venue for your special day and have no doubt that the team will meet all your needs!!!
Fantastic wedding at Oulton Hall, Leeds 7.6.25
The venue is absolutely beautiful, food was excellent and the staff were so professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything on the day as the staff took care of every detail.
Rosie Midgley was brilliant with the planning in the buildup to the wedding. She kept us informed along the way and was extremely helpful.
Antonia Harris looked after us on the day and night and was absolutely amazing. Everything went so smoothly and to plan, it could not have gone any better. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonia and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was special.
All of our guests are still talking about our day today and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Both Rosie and Antonia deserve some recognition, they are a credit to Oulton Hall. I would definitely recommend Oulton Hall as a wedding venue. We will be back there to celebrate our first anniversary.

We had the best experience the whole way through our planning process and on the wedding day, I can't express how amazing it all was. We had so many compliments on the venue and day as a whole.
Caroline, our wedding coordinator, was incredible the whole way through and we appreciate how smooth and easy the build-up process was. We were confident that everything was in hand and went into the wedding with no worries or concern about the venue. We really couldn't have been happier.
I'd also like to mention Briony and Yousef as well. Both of them went out of their way to help us and our guests. Yousef even helped my celebrant/friend practice before the ceremony.
Amazing value for money when you consider how beautiful the venue is and how perfectly things went, we'd do it all again!

Hi, I'm Caitlin, one of the Wedding Coordintors at Oulton Hall Hotel.
I love helping couples enjoy their wedding day without the stress. I'm passionate about making sure everything runs smoothly, and bringing each couples vision to life.
I enjoy getting to know each couple, and making sure their day is everything they want it to be.
Although wedding coordinating is a fairly new chapter for me, you'll always find me with a big smile, positive attitue, and ready to handle any last minute surpises.

Hello! I’m Bryony, the Wedding Coordinator here at Oulton Hall, and I honestly couldn’t be happier to say that I’m now doing my dream job!
I’ve been part of the Oulton Hall family for about a year and a half, starting out on Reception, where I spent my days welcoming guests, answering phones, and probably knowing every extension number by heart (a very underrated skill, if you ask me!). During that time, I completely fell in love with this beautiful venue the stunning grounds, the friendly faces, and the little bit of magic that seems to fill every corner.
Now, I’ve taken the exciting step into the world of weddings, and I’m so thrilled to be helping couples plan one of the most special days of their lives. Whether it’s the big “I do” moment, the perfect confetti toss, or making sure the groom hasn’t misplaced his tie (again!), I’m here to make sure every detail is as perfect as it can be.

I've had the pleasure of being part of our wedding team, overseeing wedding days and helping make each couple's celebration as special and memorable as possible. Seeing everything come together and being part of such an important day has been incredibly rewarding.
