With a variety of elegant suites available, you can choose the perfect one to suit your day at Oulton Hall. The Oulton Suite has the capacity for between 80 and 220 guests, while the Repton Room is ideal for a more intimate occasion of around 65 for the day. Additionally, The Claret Jug can be enjoyed by 120 of your evening guests for your celebrations. For your overnight guests, Oulton Hall boasts 152 fantastic bedrooms, a large health club, a spa, and 27 holes of golf. Their stunning Grade II mansion and picturesque grounds are the perfect backdrops for your photos. What's more, their experienced and dedicated wedding coordinators will be on hand to assist and advise you every step of the way.

The most memorable wedding day
Sinéad & Pauls Big Day
There was 2 ‘negative’ points.
One being the pricing. We ended up having to pay more than I initially thought for each guest as the breakdown on the contract, in my opinion, was misleading/unclear.
There was also issues with the microphone on the day of the wedding, meaning those who were giving a speech had to stop and start numerous times as the speaker connected to the microphone didn’t work consistently.
Unfortunately technical issues can occur so it was through no fault of any staff member and it was addressed to our satisfaction.
From the venue, and the food to the assistance and flexibility of the staff we are more than happy to recommend the Oulton Hall Hotel as an ideal venue for your special day and have no doubt that the team will meet all your needs!!!
Fantastic wedding at Oulton Hall, Leeds 7.6.25
The venue is absolutely beautiful, food was excellent and the staff were so professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything on the day as the staff took care of every detail.
Rosie Midgley was brilliant with the planning in the buildup to the wedding. She kept us informed along the way and was extremely helpful.
Antonia Harris looked after us on the day and night and was absolutely amazing. Everything went so smoothly and to plan, it could not have gone any better. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonia and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was special.
All of our guests are still talking about our day today and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Both Rosie and Antonia deserve some recognition, they are a credit to Oulton Hall. I would definitely recommend Oulton Hall as a wedding venue. We will be back there to celebrate our first anniversary.

We had the best experience the whole way through our planning process and on the wedding day, I can't express how amazing it all was. We had so many compliments on the venue and day as a whole.
Caroline, our wedding coordinator, was incredible the whole way through and we appreciate how smooth and easy the build-up process was. We were confident that everything was in hand and went into the wedding with no worries or concern about the venue. We really couldn't have been happier.
I'd also like to mention Briony and Yousef as well. Both of them went out of their way to help us and our guests. Yousef even helped my celebrant/friend practice before the ceremony.
Amazing value for money when you consider how beautiful the venue is and how perfectly things went, we'd do it all again!

Hello everyone! My names Rosie, and I'm all things weddings here at Oulton Hall. I've worked at Oulton Hall for two years, but I've been doing weddings and events for almost ten years now! I'm here to guide you through everything, and no question is too silly.
My favourite part of my job is hearing about the exciting plans and special touches each couple are doing to create a unique day for their wedding. Whether it be a rodeo bull for your guests to enjoy after a drink or two in the evening, or handmade favours that reflect your passions as a couple, each detail is just as important.

Hello! I’m Bryony, the Wedding Coordinator here at Oulton Hall, and I honestly couldn’t be happier to say that I’m now doing my dream job!
I’ve been part of the Oulton Hall family for about a year and a half, starting out on Reception, where I spent my days welcoming guests, answering phones, and probably knowing every extension number by heart (a very underrated skill, if you ask me!). During that time, I completely fell in love with this beautiful venue the stunning grounds, the friendly faces, and the little bit of magic that seems to fill every corner.
Now, I’ve taken the exciting step into the world of weddings, and I’m so thrilled to be helping couples plan one of the most special days of their lives.
