Nuroosa the Gathering Place is a regenerative wedding venue based in the heart of the East Midlands.

Nestled into the peaceful countryside of South Derbyshire, Nuroosa is a design-led, eco-conscious wedding Venue built to nurture People, Place, and Planet. Surrounded by swathes of wild flowers and treesits a place to gather, celebrate, and make meaningful memories in harmony with nature.

Nuroosa is located in the rural village of Weston on Trent, just a short journey from Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham, and The East Midlands Airport, with excellent links via the A50, A52, and M1. Despite being easily accessible, the setting feels worlds away, quiet, Green, and rooted in the Landscape.

Our venue has been consciously created with sustainability at its heart. Highlights include a biosolar Green roof where wild flowers dance, a natural swimming pool known as The Lid, and heating powered by coppiced eucalyptus from the Land. We are proud, accredited members of the Sustainable Wedding Alliance and are actively working towards B Corp certification.

Weddings at Nuroosa are about connection, creativity, and doing things differently. You can get married here, inside or outside, and because it's Exclusive, we can change plans to suit the weather. the space can host up to 100 guests for a seated wedding feast inside, or outdoors if you prefer street food vans, wood-fired cooking amongst the trees, and twinkling lights.

Inside, you'll find flexible, beautifully designed spaces full of natural light, with a licensed bar and catering kitchen. Parking is available for 50+ vehicles, and your day will be supported by experienced professionals.
