This 300-acre farm has been owned by the Hawkings for five generations and is nestled between the cities of Bath and Bristol. Home to the beautiful 17th-century Tythe Barn and the Wedding Paddock, this setting has both outdoor and indoor options to wow all beloved spouses-to-be.

Facilities and Capacity

There are many spots at Manor Farm to hold your informal blessing, including the Hay Barn, the Dovecote, and the Wedding Paddock. The latter two are both tranquil outdoor ceremony spaces, offering fabulous backdrops for your vows and plenty of lawn seating. If you wish to continue your celebrations outside, you can place a marquee on the Wedding Paddock. Located on the hill, it offers scenic views of the valley and surrounding areas. The Tythe Barn on site has been hosting parties for hundreds of years, and is an entirely enchanting space to adorn as you have always imagined. The interiors are truly spectacular, seating up to 110 people within its beautiful stone walls. You are welcome to view the barn as a blank canvas. Festoon lighting, tall wooden-beamed ceilings, and plenty of lighting add to the magical feel.

Manor Farm's weddings are held with a DIY approach. They have an amazing list of recommended local suppliers, including florists, celebrants, photographers, bands, and more to bring your vision to life. We have our own on-site caterers. You will have the freedom of the barn on your wedding day, or you can hire a marquee company to tailor your setup entirely on the rustic, romantic property.
