Fantastic Venue
We could not have been more delighted to celebrate our wedding at Aldwick Estate. From our first visit, right through to the wedding day itself, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.
Alison, Saffron and Sarah were fantastic throughout, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organised and that the day ran without a hitch. Their regular communication made the entire planning process feel simple, and we loved the opportunity to visit the venue during the planning process for the tasting - which we would highly recommend even if you're not currently planning on getting married!
The venue and accommodation is beautiful and we knew from our first visit that it was the one. We appreciated all the unique touches that the venue offered, such as the wine tasting during the reception which our guests absolutely loved.
We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, kindness, and care that everyone at Aldwick put into making our day so special. Our wedding day was truly unforgettable, and we would happily recommend Aldwick Estate to anyone and everyone.

Perfect day!
We had the most perfect wedding day at Aldwick! The team were so helpful in the lead up that we were completely relaxed on the day. Everything on the day ran perfectly, the staff were incredibly attentive, and we had lots of feedback from the guests about what a wonderful venue it was, we couldn’t recommend Aldwick more!

Stunning rustic wedding venue
Aldwick Estate is a lovely place to have a wedding. We had an amazing day set in the beautiful vineyard. Luckily we caught a largely sunny day and have some great pics amongst the vines. We had a small wedding with close family and friends (34 people) who were coming from all over the world, so it worked really well to have the rooms booked out for both Thursday and Friday night.
The space (outside and inside) is already beautiful and can be decorated with pieces provided by Aldwick Estate. They have a whole catalogue of decorations which are already included in the cost. The florist (Flowers Evolution) helped make the place look stunning as well. We had the venue recommended celebrant (Kat Hector) and photographer (Adam Barnard) as photographer, both putting a lot of effort to get to know us in order to write the perfect script and photography plan.
The catering partners Epic Catering did a great job as well. Food was excellent and exactly the same as when we tasted it and they were very attentive on the day.
We enjoyed planning the wedding with the Aldwick Estate staff. They were very easy going which gave us freedom to take the day where we wanted it to go and offered their expertise in wedding planning which was really useful as we’ve obviously never done it before. There were a few hiccups on the day such as music tech not working smoothly at certain moments. Nevertheless we did have a wonderful day and can recommend the place as a venue for your wedding.

What a day!
What can I say. The venue is stunning, the vineyards make the PERFECT back drop for any occasion but made our wedding magical. Having been to open days in both rain and shine this place POPS. From the exposed ceiling beams, to the wagon wheel chandeliers, it's cozy but sophisticated!
We were fortunate enough to work with not one, but two of the incredible wedding planners Aldwick has to offer. Sarah helped guide our way through the planning process of making our dreams become a reality and on the run up and the big day Saffron bought the magic to life. We couldn't have asked for a better team to get us through the biggest day of our lives!
10 out of 10! If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't do it any other way! Aldwick we will be back, even if it is just for a wine tasting or two!

The perfect venue
We could not have picked a more perfect wedding venue. We literally booked them on the drive home after viewing because we knew it was the one! No hidden costs, decor included in the price and we even included a very affordable wine tasting for guests on the day.
The team were flawless! So quick to respond to emails, organised the whole process and on the day we did not have to think about a thing, from set up to timings to anything! And on top of that they are all SO lovely. And the wine is incredible, we had guests buying bottles on the day.

Perfect communication, service and wine!
We had our wedding at Aldwick Estate in August and loved every second. We viewed a few other venues and spent time debating the pros and cons, but knew Aldwick was perfect from the second we arrived.
The communication with the team was excellent and they were always on hand to answer any of our questions, no matter how small.
The wedding day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service. Every little detail was considered and we felt really relaxed on the day because we knew that everything was being taken care of and we didn't need to worry about anything.
The venue itself is gorgeous, the rooms are really beautiful and comfortable and importantly, the wine is fantastic.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Aldwick to anyone.

Dream wedding
my husband and I had our perfect wedding at Aldwick in May 2024. we booked in 2022 and had the best support with planning, resources and set up. The actual day ran so smoothly and so many of our guests commented on what a brilliant day we had. A big shout out to Saffron who matched our energy and just made sure we were having the time of our lives.

Fantastic wedding venue for any time of year
My husband and I got married at Aldwick Estate in March 2024, and it was absolutely incredible. All of our guests raved about how lovely a venue it is - it manages to be intimate even though it's really quite a big space! And it has a perfect rustic meets modern aesthetic! We loved that there were separate spaces, but it was all connected, so it never felt empty or imbalanced.
The outside space was beautiful with excellent views over the mendips, and even though it was very early spring, there were some blooms and colour which made for lovely photos.
The staff are just lovely. Sarah in particular was so helpful, detailed and attentive - I asked plenty of questions in the run up and they always came back to me quickly, and they couldn't do enough!
The accommodation was also excellent. All our guests were very happy with the amenities. The rooms are fairly small but they have everything you could need and they're comfortable. The bridal lodge was fantastic and very luxurious.
Aldwick have a great selection of decor items that they let you use for no extra charge, which is rare at most wedding venues! And the venue really doesn't need much dressing, as it's so beautiful, light and open, with those striking exposed beams.
Their wine is really excellent and we were given a wine tasting as part of our package so we got to experience the accommodation beforehand whilst sampling the great wines that they have on offer.
I am so happy that we chose Aldwick for this very special day, and we're very grateful to the whole team for making it happen!

Spectacular attention to detail
Took the stress and worry out of all the planning and made it such an enjoyable experience. Thought of absolutely everything and were there every step of the way. The day itself was perfect, our wedding coordinator went above and beyond and made everything as stress free as possible. We had full use of the estate and all the rooms for 2 nights which enabled us to arrive the night before our wedding and relax. Everything was taken care of for us and every detail had been thought about by the Aldwick team. Absolutely perfect day cannot thank Aldwick enough!

Loved everything about this venue
We got married at this incredible venue on 15th September and it was everything we could have imagined and more. We looked at 12 venues before choosing Aldwick Estate and we both had the same feeling as we did when we bought our first home. We knew it was right for us and it did not disappoint.
Our whole experience with the team has been great throughout; their communication impeccable and hugely responsive on email exchanges.
Our pre wedding planning meeting with Sarah was warm and welcoming, visions for the day shared and help and advice given when needed yet encouraging us to do what made us happy.

The most perfect venue in every way
The team at Aldwick crafted our PERFECT day and we couldn't be more grateful. There was almost zero stress in planning our wedding thanks to the wonderful team and resources they have to hand. The table decorations were phenomenal, and the team used their creative flair all around the venue to make it look magical - we couldn't be happier.
When we met Anna, we knew we would be in good hands - and when she needed to pass us over to Sarah and Saffron we were still in great hands - the whole team is so wonderful, kind and attentive. They checked everything with us at every point, sent friendly reminders, made brilliant suggestions and were just everything you would want in wedding coordinators.
