From the moment we first met Vicky we knew that we were in good hands. The hotel and grounds are stunning, the staff are lovely, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our guests enjoyed their stay in the hotel, the breakfast was unbelievable and the overall vibe was second to none. We both highly recommend Bowden Hall for all couples looking for a wedding venue, the decor is modern yet classy, it’s great for children and very welcoming. Nothing we asked for was too much, Vicky was able to include everything we asked for and was always available which made planning our wedding so much easier. We wish that we could do it all again! The venue itself was STUNNING and absolutely perfect for what we wanted, all of our guest commented on how beautiful it was. Greg and Jasmine could not of been more helpful and supportive the whole process. Our whole experience was perfect.

We can’t say enough good things about Milton End as a wedding venue. We got married there in September 2024 and are so glad we chose it as our venue. Having exclusive use for the whole weekend was amazing and gave us extra time to relax and enjoy being with our guests. Holly, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic and made everything run so smoothly. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, especially the animals wandering around to greet our guests! We are so grateful to Milton End and our suppliers for giving us the most perfect wedding day. We absolutely loved our time there and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Wish we could do it all again!

We were very happy with the whirlwind package! The value for money was amazing and the quality of the food was excellent. Our guests were well looked after by the hotel staff and the staff kept the schedule well. The planning process was so good that we were confident to execute the wedding without an additional wedding planner. Beth and Martha are an excellent team and the venue frequently holds events so they are very accommodating and good at working with external vendors. Martha handled last min changes very well and Beth dealt with some challenging room complications from demanding family members

We fell in love with Ivy Lodge on our very first visit and that was looking around it in high vis jackets and hard hats when still being renovated. But we could see the vision and felt very at ease when being shown around by Clayton. We knew this was the venue for our day and we were right as we had the most incredible day. Our wedding was back in July and thanks to the amazing staff the day went smoothly and no one was left hungry. We had many guests in awe of the venue asking how we found it and complimenting the food as the best wedding food they have ever had. If you are considering Ivy Lodge for your wedding. We can not recommend them enough. Clayton and the team are amazing helping with all your queries, the venue is absolutely stunning with a fabulous atmosphere and the food is incredible. It was truly the best day of our lives and wish we could re-live it all over again!

Our day arrived,and have to say first class ,staff extremely helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Food was good,plentiful everyone was happy when food came out.everywhere was clean we had a happy 2 night stay lovely breakfast. Overall a very lovely day & stay.

We chose The Old Lodge for our wedding day in March this year and I will be forever thankful that we stumbled upon it and found the place. It was EVERYTHING and more we’d been looking for. We wanted something that felt like us, we only wanted a small and intimate ceremony and wedding breakfast, followed by a larger evening celebration. From our first meeting, nothing was too much trouble, everything felt easy and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Communicating with them throughout the planning process was effortless and we were made to feel at ease the entire time. The day of our wedding was better than we’d dreamed it would be, Jess and her team were nothing short of outstanding and the day ran like clockwork. I only wish it could have lasted longer. The food was incredible and we had so many compliments on it! I just would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting a small and intimate wedding, or a larger scale affair, they really can cater for it all! The setting is simply stunning and the venue itself is so beautiful, our photos from the day are simply perfect! We can’t thank everyone at The Old Lodge enough, we’ve already been back to visit for food plenty of times, and will be returning to spend the night for our 1 year anniversary! If you visit this place, I genuinely think you’d walk away having booked your wedding venue!

Amazing venue and costumer service. We had a wonderful time for our wedding. We was looked after by the team. Value for money and a night to remember. We got to decorate the venue our went to our vision. We love our honeymoon suite was lovely decorated. Highly recommend. Oh don't forget the spa and pool extra bonus, didn't want to leave. Xx

From the moment we viewed Elmore Court, we knew it was the venue for us. Kat was warm and welcoming during the viewing, and the house itself is stunning. We loved the amount of space available and the fact the venue is exclusive-use. Being able to stay onsite, including the night before, made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. I wish I could stay in the coachhouse again!!! We secured our date quickly and communication from the team in the lead-up to the wedding was consistent and helpful. Our coordinator, Sophie, was excellent throughout the process, always responsive and supportive with planning and suggestions. On the wedding eve, Sophie talked us through the plan for the day and how the team would help move everything over to the main house, which really helped the morning run smoothly. Breakfast in the Coach House was a great touch and helped remove stress from the morning. The food was outstanding, with many guests commenting on the quality and the great portion size. The cocktail hour worked perfectly, and moving it outside created a great atmosphere and we were able to enjoy the lovely weather a little while longer. When there was a small delay (our fault - we were chatting too much!!!) with the first dance and cake cutting, the team got us back on track and kept the evening running smoothly. The only disappointment was during the drinks reception. We had ordered 40 jugs of Pimms but were initially only given 4, which quickly became noticeable and disrupted the reception. This resulted in us being pulled away from guests and needing to check my emails on my wedding day, this could have been handled more discreetly given deposits and a tab were already in place - it could have been resolved the following day or they could have spoken with us when we were sat down waiting for food. We shared this feedback with the team and hope this has since been addressed. Overall, it was a beautiful day and an incredible venue that exceeded expectations. Both us and our guests were blown away by the setting and experience! Can't wait to hopefully visit again one day.

When we got engaged, Over Barn was always at the top of our list for wedding venues. With the personal connection of working there when I was younger, we knew it was the venue for us. The beautiful rustic and relaxed vibe of the barn was definitely what we were after. In the lead up to our big day the team, but especially Jordan, made sure our vision was met as well as keeping us calm. The day itself was magical and ran so smoothly. My wife had one special request, of being photographed with on of the venues tractors. The venue made this happen and the photographs of this are incredible. We would like to give a special shout out to Jordan, Josh, Vick and Danielle for honestly giving us the best day of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Over Barn who helped run our day, it was perfect. We would definitely recommend Over Barn for any couples looking for a venue to host the most special day!
