Where to start!! Me and my partner just had our wedding at the rare breeds farm and it was everything we could have asked for. Matthew is the most amazing wedding organiser, he was so helpful and lovely from the start to the end. Our day ran so smoothly and he really goes above and beyond and we are so grateful ! He staff were all lovely and really attentive and all our guests mentioned how amazing everyone was ☺️ we had the alpaca ring bearer, pig race , highland cow photos and more ! It truly made it a remarkable day and perfect for me and my partner who are massive animal lovers ❤️Me and my partner are surprised how calm we felt on the day as we knew all the staff were 10 steps ahead ! All our guests had such a great day and keeps remarking how much they enjoyed the day☺️

We are so happy we chose Bowerchalke Barn as our wedding venue - we fell in love with the setting and Carolyn’s reassuring vibes on our first visit. The barn and surrounding fields are really beautiful. We were delighted we managed to have our ceremony up at the ceremony hut despite the capricious UK March weather - Tim sorted us out with patio heaters, hay bales and matting, and we got lucky with some sunshine! It was really lovely to make our vows surrounded by such gorgeous countryside and a peaceful atmosphere. The fields had space for games such as giant jenga and zorb football. The barn itself was big enough to fit all our 120 guests without feeling cramped, but also somehow still felt warm and cosy despite the weather being a cool 8 degrees outside. We even managed to get all our guests involved in the ceilidh! The barn is so stunning already that we didn’t need to do much decoration. The little room on the side which debuted at our wedding was super useful - for both final bridal adjustments e.g. veil, and also later on for our friends with young babies for breastfeeding/naps. We also loved the fire pit and outdoor space in the evening for those that needed to cool down from the dancefloor. Before our wedding it was great to visit the venue a few times to help visualise our big day, with Carolyn being super helpful in thinking through details and linking us up with recommended suppliers. They were flexible in offering options for glassware, outdoor seating, local beers, etc. Both Carolyn and Tim were great at tying together final details and making sure everything was in place, and just generally getting stuff done. During set up the day before and on the day they were both on hand, and made sure things on the day were super seamless so we didn’t have to stress at all and could therefore fully relax and enjoy the day in the moment. They were fantastic at making sure everything ran smoothly and swiftly adapting as needed - including to look after a guest who was unwell and helping search for my lost engagement ring (Tim even pulled in his local metal detectorist friends the next day to successfully find it where it had slipped off in the grass!). We had a fantastic time right from the start of planning to strolling out at the end of the day, to stay at Tim’s brother’s shepherd’s hut right next door! We would highly highly recommend Bowerchalke Barn as a venue, it was the perfect place to start married life.

We had our wedding reception at Bake Barn in November 2025. It exceeded all expectations. We fell in love with the beauty of the stone walls, high beamed ceilings and the large fireplace. The space provides a great kitchen, toilets, loft space and large courtyard. We loved that the barn is dry hire and was able to completely bring our vision to life! We had the best day and have had so many lovely compliments from guests. Thank you Oonagh and team 🤎xxx

West Barn Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding and we are SO happy with our decision! Not only are the surroundings absolutely breathtaking, but the wedding barn itself is incredible. It has such a light, airy and modern feel. We have had so many compliments from our guests on how stunning the venue was. Barney and Pippa went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. We were so surprised at the amount of additional offerings they had, and they were so flexible and willing to go with any request. On the day of our wedding it was sideways rain - a real shame as it meant we couldn’t use either of the stunning outdoor pergola setup, or the stretch tent. Barney and his team very kindly moved furniture out of the large hall which is part of the accommodation, and set up for our ceremony in there. All this happened the morning of our wedding and we were so grateful for their flexibility and all their help! One of the reasons we chose West Barn Lodge is the ability to provide your own drinks all day and evening, and hire bartenders to serve them. This meant we could offer an open bar without breaking the bank! Every element is carefully thought through and we loved that Barney and Pippa were constantly developing and making changes to the venue. We can’t wait to see what they do next!

The venue was what everybody was talking about at our music festival/scout camp handfast wedding. They were brilliant at recommending partner vendors and were great at answering our logistical questions. We had the site Thursday-Monday which was perfect for guests camping with us, and gave loads of time for vendors to set up and pack down without impeding on the day. The site had been newly refurbished and expanded, and we were among the first couples to use it in it's new glorious state. Excellent toilet and shower facilities, gorgeous new lawn, fabulous kitchen. It is a dry hire venue, so you need to hire all your own furniture etc, but it really makes the place your own. Honestly, can't recommend the place enough. It's utterly gorgeous, really versatile space, and good value for money.

We cannot thank the Wellington Barn staff more for their amazing help during the planning of, and on the day of our wedding! Every question was answered immediately and we felt so reassured knowing that Millie had her eye on everything. On the day we felt so looked after, with excellent service during the wedding breakfast and on the bar, and the team making sure we were on schedule and had anything we needed. Wellington Barn is also the most beautiful venue, exactly what you’d want from a countryside location, peaceful and relaxed, with the most beautiful backdrop of the hills and flower meadow. It is a great, easy to access location with taxis from Chippenham and plenty of parking. The shepherd's huts make the perfect wedding night hideaway, and our guests loved being able to stay on sight with a fantastic glamping experience. With flexible optional extras, and the ability to pay corkage, we were able to stay within the budget we wanted, and felt that everything provided was fantastic value.

Well worth having the wedding at chalk barn the venue is fantastic the view of Salisbury plain for photos couldn't be better. The staff were fantastic they kept the day moving so everything fell into place. Well worth thinking about again

We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Lenton Farm. James and his family were beyond helpful in making our day incredibly special, and the venue was perfect for us. We honestly could not have asked for anything better.
