We got married here 31/12/24. The Moonraker couldn’t do enough for us. They were AMAZING. Most of our family and friends stayed for 3 nights, and they were just SO accommodating. Courtney helped with all the wedding plans and the hotel manager James filled in the blanks and then on the day Susie was just a legend. We didn’t need to ask or hint about anything she was just on it. I literally have NOTHING negative to say about the service we received or about our day. If anything went wrong I didn’t know on the day and I’m still unaware. The entire venue was just what we wanted. Everyone to have their own space, and it not be too large where we couldn’t fill it but not too small where everyone was on top of everyone. We had the best day! Mr & Mrs Lee ✨

I recently had my wedding at Guyers House hotel and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our special day was exactly how we envisioned it. The wedding coordinator and general manager were both incredibly helpful and accommodating, making us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was stunning, with a beautiful country house and picturesque gardens that provided the perfect backdrop for our rustic themed wedding. Not only did the venue exceed our expectations visually, but they were also transparent with any potential costs and there were no surprise bills at the end - everything was as agreed upon. Despite some negative reviews I had seen beforehand, our experience at Guyers House was nothing but positive. We were extremely happy with the level of service and care that we received and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a wedding venue. In fact, my wife and I plan on returning for a visit in the future to relive our special day. Thank you, Guyers House, for making our wedding day truly magical.

Couldn’t have been a better day. Everything was magical from the beautiful room set up, to the delicious food and talented customer service. The event team were wonderful, helping us communicate with local suppliers and brought our vision to life. Truly a day of cherished memories that will last a life time.

We got married in June 2023 and the whole team at The Peppermill were so helpful from our initial enquiry to planning the day. Philip was really responsive, flexible and happy to accommodate any last minute requests. The whole day ran smoothly without any hitches. The food was great and the service from the staff was fantastic, really helped make the day special. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you!

We had our wedding here in July 16, it all went to plan and the Stones hotel were amazing throughout. The food was amazing and our guests complimented it, would highly recommend, we had our pics out the back on the green with great scenery. The hall was set out how we wanted it with the tables etc. We didn't have to move anything for the evening party. The drapes and choice of colour scheme is really pretty and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff are really helpful and friendly and cannot thanks the wedding organiser they have been fantastic!

Had our wedding here and I can’t thank Claire and the team enough. Claire has been helpful right from the beginning of booking the venue. Beautiful place with the sun shining and everything ran smoothly!! We came here after we booked the venue to try the food for Easter and it did not disappoint, the standard was just as good for our wedding, very tasty and looked great. We will be returning for food and dog friendly stays

Our wedding from two emails couple calls to mark from start to finish. WOW Thank you so much to all staff you all made our special day PERFECT even mark making effort for me to enjoy my wedding transport a 1964 split screen vw thanks .and the food / room spot on .any body planning wedding definitely worth having a look .

Had the pleasure of getting married here yesterday, and i have to thank every member of staff for all they did for us we enjoyed every second and would fully reccomend this venue for any wedding, the food was amazing as was the suite we had for the evening. Thankyou guys x
