Yep, you read that right. It might be peak January, it's cold and miserable outside and the last few months of winter are set to drag on forever, which is why we here at Hitched wanted to launch this competition again for 2024. By signing up to Hitched via our competition landing page by 29th February 2024, couples could be in with a chance to win £25,000 to spend on up to 10 Hitched vendors.
We're footing the bill for one lucky couple to have the wedding of their dreams amidst the cost of living stress to try and relieve some of the financial pressure - after all, planning a wedding should be fun!

I’m already signed up to Hitched, am I still eligible for this competition?
Yes, on the competition landing page there will also be an option where you can add your Hitched user name & email address and you will then be entered. Click here to find out more for existing users. We’d also encourage you to share this competition with anyone else you know who is getting married - including your partner!
Can I enter if I’ve already booked several vendors?
Yes, if you are selected as a winner you will be reimbursed for anything that you have spent up to £25,000. Please note, this will only be valid for a maximum of 10 vendors and they must all be listed on the Hitched platform.
How will I know if I’ve entered?
Once you have gone through to this page and created your account you will then be taken through to a thank you page to acknowledge your taking part.
Who can enter this competition?
Anyone can enter this competition as long as they are at least 18 years old and a UK resident. The prize can only be spent on a UK wedding, so if you are not getting married in the UK please share this with your engaged friends or family members so they can enter.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be contacted early March 2024 via phone call. All other entries will be notified of the winner via email before the end of March 2024.
Should I not book any vendors until the winner has been announced?
Please continue booking your Hitched vendors to avoid the disappointment of them becoming fully booked. If you are selected as our winner, you will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred, up to the prize budget of £25,000. Please note that we will only reimburse your paid invoices for a maximum of 10 Hitched vendors, within the wedding date terms (1st April 2024 - 31st December 2024).
What happens if I signed up via the wrong page?

Is there a limit on the number of vendors I can spend the £25,000 budget on?
Yes, there is a maximum of 10 vendors that must be listed on the Hitched platform. Please note, Honeymoon vendors will not be included in this competition prize.
Can I win if I’m getting married outside of the UK?
No, the £25,000 prize budget must be spent on vendors listed on Hitched and the wedding must take place in the UK.
Can the prize money be used for a vendor that isn’t listed on Hitched?
No, the vendors must be listed on the Hitched platform. If you have already booked different vendors who are not listed on Hitched, we will not reimburse you. If there is a specific vendors you would like to use, who is not listed on Hitched, we would encourage you to invite them to sign up.
If I win, can I still use vendors who are not listed on Hitched, providing I pay for them myself?
We highly recommend using our vendors, especially our Hitched Wedding Award winners. If there is a specific vendors you would like to use, who is not listed on Hitched, we would encourage you to invite them to sign up. This way, you can spend your prize money on them if you win!
What if I’ve already got a wedding date and it’s not in 2024?
The £25,000 prize budget is for a wedding taking place in 2024. You would need to book and plan a wedding to take place between 1st April - 31st December 2024 to be eligible for the prize.
What happens if the vendors I want are booked up for 2024?
We recommend that you look for alternatives that are available in 2024 in order to be eligible for the prize.
Am I still allowed to keep my original wedding and use the prize as a second celebration?
The prize is a £25,000 wedding budget to be spent on up to 10 Hitched vendors for a wedding celebration which must take place between 1st April - 31st December 2024. It is up to you if you decide to also keep the wedding date you have outside of this time period, but Hitched will not reimburse you for the costs for that event.
What if the vendors I’ve already booked have differences in pricing for 2024 vs when I’ve booked them for?
The prize consists of £25,000 to spend on up to 10 Hitched vendors. If you have already booked your vendors, we will honour the price agreed on your invoice.
Will I get to choose the date of the wedding?
The wedding needs to take place between 1st April and 31st December 2024, but you are free to choose the date within that time period.
Is this prize transferable? If I win but don’t want it, can I pass it to an engaged friend?
No, the prize is non-transferable. If you have engaged friends or family members, be sure to pass the details on so they can sign up!
Which vendors are included?
The £25,000 prize must be spent on your wedding day ceremony and/or reception, therefore any vendors that provide this on-the-day service and are listed on Hitched will be included. Honeymoon vendors will not be included in this competition prize.
Is a venue included as well as wedding vendors?
Yes, venues are also included in this prize as long as they are listed on the Hitched platform.

What happens post wedding?
As the winners of the dream wedding, Hitched holds the rights to your wedding images and videos in order to share and promote the competition. Hitched will work alongside you and your chosen 10 vendors to gather content, publish your wedding story, and promote it to the national press!
How do I submit a lead to receive a double entry?
Contact at least one Hitched Vendor to make a new enquiry directly through the Hitched platform (any communication outside the Hitched Website or app will not be counted) between 4th January 2024 and 29th February 2024 to automatically receive your double entry!
I contacted some vendors before 4th of Jan 2024, do I receive a double entry?
No, you must submit at least one new enquiry between 4th January 2024 and 29th February 2024 to receive your double entry.
