I am so glad we chose Otensia from Ava Marie Creations to decorate our venue for our 20th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations - She did an amazing job! At our first consultation she took a comprehensive note of all our requirements for the special occasion and was very thorough at establishing what we wanted including color scheme and the specific things she could offer -including some things that we hadn’t thought about. She made multiple visits to our venue with and without us present to get the feel of it and to make sure that our requirements were met and to get measurements etc and also made suggestions of how she could enhance the existing decor provided by the venue - and we were not disappointed at how she brought to life some very tired decor.. I cannot praise her work enough and found that even when I added last minute requirements such as party bags for the attending children, a gold runner to go with our theme and also requests to decorate the guest book and cake table - which we hadn’t planned originally, she took it on board and delivered on the day and the end result was spectacular and more than we expected. Our guests loved it too and there was an inquiry about booking her in the future for a family wedding! I highly recommend Otensia. Her high standards, attention to detail and commitment to interpreting your requirements to obtain a beautiful end result cannot be overestimated. She will be my first call for our future events - and should be yours too!

From the initial consultation to the big day, Of the Century Occasions were organised, professional, and truly dedicated to bringing my vision to life. They took care of every detail, making the planning process stress-free. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly, my partner and I were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. I highly recommend Erin to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable wedding experience!

Having Jade as our wedding coordinator completely took the stress away from all the planning of our wedding, because we just knew everything was in the safest hands. After a few conversations over zoom in the run up, when we finally met the day before, it felt like we'd known each other for years! Jade has an enviable professionalism that strikes the perfect balance of relaxed yet confidence-giving, and a firm guiding hand yet complete openness (even insistence) that this is YOUR day and you need to do what's right for you as a couple. All delivered with such warmth and grace. If you're anything like me, you'll like high levels of organisation, and Jade's excel planners made me feel totally at ease. She handled everything both big and small, from coordinating all our suppliers in the final days run up and creating the full schedule; down to steaming every table cloth and lining up every place card the morning of! We got married July 2024 & Funmini and team are highly professional, they have brilliant communication and work hard to make your wedding day special. They are also just lovely people. Our wedding day would’ve been a logistical nightmare without them.

Oliver made our day stress free! He was amazing from start the finish and so professional. He was down to earth and listened to any requests we had. I would 100% recommend anyone to choose Oliver for their special day!

Adrienna co-ordinated our wedding day and we couldn't be more thrilled with having her on board. From our first meeting we knew that she was exactly who we'd been looking for. No task was too small or too big and she thought of hundreds of little things we'd never have considered. She ran the show with kindness and humour and put everyone at ease. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She will make your event the most fun.

Cat organised the wedding of dreams! I was lucky enough to be picked out as a supplier for the day, performing live acoustic music during the drinks receptions for the couple and their guests. Cat’s communication from day one was perfect. She organised a meeting with me to finalise some details in preparation for the day, and was flexible in doing so. Everything was clear of what was expected/needed of me on the day and everything on the day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. All 10+ suppliers that were booked by Cat for the wedding were given times to arrive, times and areas to set up, and she ensured we were all happy and comfortable for the entire time we were there. It was such a relaxed atmosphere, so well managed, and the whole day, from start to finish, was truly impeccable. Well done Cat!

I cannot recommend Boss Lady Events enough. During the whole wedding planning process The Boss Lady (Daksha) was absolutely incredible, from helping us source suppliers, bounce ideas and just keep the whole day organised - she was meticulous! She is amazing to work with and if you are currently planning your wedding, she is a must have! From the first consultation call, she will ask questions which will help you plan your day and work out where you are. She works with all your family and friends at all stages and will take the pressure off so you can enjoy the planning and even more importantly the day! Our day was perfect and a lot of it is definitely down to you!!!
