Fantastic, I got this vehicle as a surprise wedding gift for my husband to be, they turned up on time and there were no problems at all. He enjoyed the experience and the driver was polite and friendly, the first words from my husband when I got up the isle were “the car was SICK!!” He was so happy, the driver waited till after the ceremony for official pictures, can’t fault it, thank you.

We had a few unforseen hiccup regarding our booked car and the journey to our wedding venue. However, things were sorted and everything went fine in the end. First hiccup was about two weeks before the wedding, when we were contacted by the company to let us know that the car we booked was in repair and could not be used for the day we booked it for. However, the company manager kindly offered a different car as a replacement at no extra costs. While the replacement car was much different from what we initially booked, the car itself was really nice and much better than what we expected, plus, the leather seats were really comfortable. The second hiccup was arriving at a different location than where we were supposed to be, due to the wrong postcode and site details being given to the driver. However, when we realised the mistake, we talk to the driver and managed to find the right route to the venue. This happened as the venue was in a woodland and the postcode took us to a nearby residential area, instead of the wedding venue in the middle of the forest. With the right directions, we were then on the right track to the venue. Yey! However, unforseen Road works which were not in place the night before, had forced our driver to take a detour in order to get to the venue. In the end, with all the "drama", we managed to get to the venue. We were 30 minutes late, but, as it turned out, so was everyone else. So it worked OK in the end and the delay turned out to be a blessing as we managed to avoid the rainy showers and have a smooth and sunny ceremony. Despite everything, I would still recommend this company to any couple getting married in Telford or nearby. Their professionalism and the way the handled each and every situation was worth booking them for our special day.

The limos were clean inside and out, our eira of music on in both limos lead to a calm and relaxing experience. Drinks were available throughout the journey. Drivers showed extreme professionals music was on from start to the end of the journey. Thanks Matt

Sue was absolutely fantastic! I had quite a big princess dress, Sue was on hand to help me getting in and out of the car which I am incredibly grateful for! The car was stunning! Everything I wanted and more. She was great in calming my nerves and making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you so much Sue and the team at His and Hers 🤍🥂

Brilliant service and very professional, so glad we chose this for our special and very different wedding! We had a great photoshoot on the bus roof also! Luckily we didn't fall off... no champagne was consumed at this point!

We booked two cars from Platinum wedding cars for our wedding day, the Austin Princess limousine for myself and my dad, and the Daimler for my four bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom, and the service was exceptional. Paul handled everything with the ultimate level of professionalism and sorted everything down to the finest detail, he honestly was the most reassuring person we dealt with in planning the wedding as he looked after all the little details down to doing a preliminary drive from our getting ready address to the venue to time how long it would take and sort out access, parking etc. So I didn't have to worry about this at all which was really nice when I had a million other things to be thinking about! We knew Paul had it all covered and didnt have to worry about anything at all. The cars were stunning, the drivers were lovely and even hung around after the ceremony so we could go for an extra little drive just the two of us to get ten mins together before the madness of the rest of the day. I cannot stress enough the spaciousness of the cars, Paul rightly pointed out that when you've got a big dress you need a big car and he was so right! I've seen other people struggle to get their dresses into the back of smaller cars but this was not an issue at all in the Austin princess and I'm so glad we took his advice on board regarding this! Overall I would 100% recommended platinum wedding cars, exceptionally professional service both before and on the day.
