Absolutely Outstanding Wedding Coordinator - Tumi & TH Events We honestly cannot thank Tumi and the entire TH Events team enough for everything they did to make our wedding day as memorable and seamless as it was. From the very beginning of the planning process, Tumi was absolutely pivotal. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and, more importantly, understood the importance of timing, coordination and making sure every part of the day flowed properly. She helped us work through the running order, timing allocations for the MC and the traditional Alaga, and all the little details that you don’t necessarily think about as a couple when planning such a big day. Then came the wedding morning - and this is where Tumi and her team really showed their worth! From waking us up on time in the early hours, making sure I was ready for my trim, coordinating the early morning photoshoot, keeping us on schedule for church, organising the cars and making sure everyone was where they needed to be, Tumi was constantly one step ahead. Even after the church service, she was there making sure the photography schedule and order of photographs were properly organised, keeping everything moving without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. There were so many moving parts to our wedding, but somehow Tumi and her team made it all look effortless. What we appreciated most was that we were able to enjoy our wedding rather than worry about it. We could focus on each other, our families and our guests, knowing that someone competent was behind the scenes making sure everything was happening when it should. Tumi was professional, organised, attentive, responsive and genuinely invested in making our day special. Her team were equally fantastic, and we could see the amount of effort they put in throughout the entire day. Looking back, there are so many moments where things could easily have become chaotic, but having Tumi there meant we didn’t have to worry about those things. She understood the vision, understood the culture and traditions involved, understood the timings, and most importantly, understood us. If you’re planning your wedding and wondering whether you really need a wedding coordinator, our answer would be a very simple YES - and make sure you get Tumi! 😂 Tumi, thank you for everything you and your team did for us. You played such an important role in making 28 November 2025 a day we will always remember, and we are genuinely grateful that you were part of our journey. We enlisted the services of Daksha and her team right at the beginning of our wedding journey, more than a year before the big day, and looking back, we are very glad that we did. From the outset, Daksha was incredibly kind, patient and organised. She took the time to get to know us and our families, speaking with both sides and understanding the different things that were important to everyone. In those early months, she helped us navigate suppliers and gradually started bringing together the structure of the wedding, while also guiding us through practical details we would probably never have thought of ourselves — from table arrangements and timings to photo lists and the many smaller things that need to come together. As we got closer to the wedding, this was where we found Daksha particularly invaluable. She took over much of the communication with our key suppliers, made sure everyone was working from the same plan and kept us updated as things progressed. She was also very good at navigating some of the inevitable family dynamics that come with organising a large wedding, always handling things calmly and sensitively. No request ever seemed too much, including the many last-minute changes and questions that inevitably appeared in the final few weeks. On the wedding day itself, everything ran like clockwork. More importantly, Nisha and I were able to simply enjoy the day without having to think about timings, suppliers or what needed to happen next. We knew Daksha and her team had everything under control. A number of our guests and family members commented afterwards on how smoothly the day had run and how well organised everything had been. There are so many moving parts involved in planning a wedding, particularly when there are lots of suppliers, guests and family members involved, and having someone you trust to quietly keep everything moving makes an enormous difference. Daksha was a very important part of making our wedding the day we had hoped for, and we are extremely grateful to her and her team for everything they did for us. We would happily recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

Naomi was our on the day wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job!! From our first contact to the wedding day she was responsive, helpful and efficient. On the day everything ran smoothly and all our guests commented on how helpful she was. Would highly recommend!!!

Emma was cheerful, knowledgeable and accommodating during the lead up and during my wedding. She was confident and organised throughout the whole process which reassured me on my big day. I enjoyed my day knowing I had Emma in charge. She worked well with other professionals on site and checked in from time to time to let me know that everything was on track. She did a few extra things that only enhanced the overall experience, making it special and ensured everything was in order for me and my husband before she left. Emma was wonderful and I am so pleased I had her helping me on my wedding day. I would highly recommend her and her support on your wedding day!

Rebekah was amazing on our wedding day, she really understood the things that were important to is and supported in that vision becoming reality. We were able to be completely present in our day because she had everything under control. Things were quietly sorted and managed. Her experience and insight was invaluable. Our family, guests all had nothing but lovely things to say about Rebekah even to this day.

We hired the team to provide some organisation to our day and ensure it ran as smoothly as possible. Michelle and Amy were a safe pair of hands to pass over my plans to and they troubleshooted any gaps or potential issues well before the wedding. On the day it was great to know that they were keep an eye on the timeline so that we could relax as much as possible. Definitely recommend The Wedding Bubble to anybody that is having an event with lots of components, the ladies were lovely and really helpful. My only advice is that if you are able to, pay for the additional hours in the evening. This is something that we only would have known in hindsight but things went slightly chaotic when they left.

Before enlisting Megan’s help I did consider whether or not I needed a planner for my daughter’s wedding, and naively thought I could do it all on my own. I was so mistaken and realised that in my first meeting with Megan. Her questions about the day and running order made it clear that I had not thought of everything! She was organised, had great communication, was helpful with vendors and a perfect go between me the venue and all vendors. She was there with her team till the end to sign off with the venue and made sure all was in order. Her whole team were so personable, super helpful and willing to do a lot of running around. It took a huge load off me and allowed me to enjoy the actual wedding! I can’t recommend her enough!

Catherine and her team at 'The Wedding Day Planner' were fantastic! We recently worked with them as photographers and videographers for a wedding across three venues in central Birmingham. They were absolutely on the ball, keeping us updated throughout the day and making sure everything ran like clockwork. This meant we could just focus on getting those perfect shots. Seriously impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they made the day go. Highly recommend them for a stress-free wedding! We'd love to work with them again.

Working with Georgie was an absolute dream - we chose her 3 month planning & on-the-day coordination package and it worked perfectly for us. In the lead up to the day she was incredibly organised and her help & guidance meant I felt so calm before the big day. On the day she took care of everything which meant I could relax and have the day of my dreams! Other suppliers even mentioned how impressed they were with her organisation.
