We were let by venues recommended suppliers, a call to friend and we found Kelly. A new venue wasn't a problem, we couldn't pick a centre peice have 3 it will work it did.. Our package had some elements but Kelly provided extras it looked great, looked natural and complemented the venue. The guests all thought they were amazing. Kelly made the process relaxed and was great communicator.

We met Sarah at a wedding fair in Salisbury and then lockdown happened and everything got put on hold. When meetings outdoors were allowed we met up with Sarah and chose our rings. She had a good selection so we ended up choosing from their existing styles and not designing our own rings. Once we placed our order and paid our deposit we were put in touch with Carolyn who owns the company and she took very good care of us. The delivery was slightly longer than the 10 weeks they usually take but that was because when we placed our order they were just starting to open up the factories, but Carolyn explained that to us and we were perfectly happy to wait. Once our rings were ready Carolyn emailed us to let us know and to check our delivery address, we paid our balance and received our rings the next day by recorded delivery. They were absolutely perfect and my ring was even more beautiful than the one I tried on with Sarah. I would 1000% recommend this company and I can't wait to wear our rings!!

I can't recommend Kelly and Béo enough. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kelly right from the first meeting through to collecting our rings. Not only did Kelly produce a bespoke engagement ring design (after a long discussion with my now-husband) and a beautiful, unique ring, but also our wedding bands. Kelly is a fantastic listener and she was completely open to our ideas and tastes, and able to offer sound advice and suggestions throughout the process. Nothing is too much trouble, and Kelly is able to offer solutions to any hurdles encountered along the way. The rings Béo have created are absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They were ready in plenty of time and with no fuss. We love them! I only hope my husband revisits Béo when he's shopping for an eternity ring in years to come. Hint hint! Thank you so much.

My husband surprised me last November with a beautiful engagement ring that he had spend month designing with Joanne . I could not believe my eyes as it was everything I'd dreamed of an more. After seeing how beautiful my ring was we had ok choice but to go back to Joanne for our wedding rings. Joanne helped ne choose the perfect ring to compliment my engagement ring- I was not swayed toward the bigger diamond or more expensive , Joanne listened to my ideas and showed me a selection of rings that she recommended then we settled on the one I loved and she agreed. My husband also found his amazing band with Joanne and all at a really good price too. It didn't end there Jo found my wedding earrings and is always a email away for any queries. Jo was a big part of or planning and we are ever so greatful she made it that much easier.

I visited your store in November 2013 with my finance, it was very short notice as we got married the beginning of December.
