Even before I got married I would use the phrase "happy wife, happy life" and how true it is, especially when trying to take the stress of planning a wedding away. When my (now) wife told me about bashful Couples after meeting claire at a wedding fayre, my first thought was 'what a waste of money.' However, that was far from the truth. After a couple weeks of us both being stressed and overwhelmed from trying to plan a wedding, focus on costs and live our day to day life. She finally convinced me, we will forever be grateful of our choice. It's safe to say gents if you want an easy life book bashful Couple now

Right from the off I knew I made the right decision with Amelia. My husband-to-be at the time questioned why we needed to have a wedding planner but she soon showed her worth! We both run our own businesses and were juggling several other projects at the time so minimising the planning by having someone like Amelia on our team was a no brainer! Well of course it would have been me doing the planning anyway without Amelia and not the other half lol. We gave Amelia a budget at the start and she kept it updated regularly once something had been purchased and we'd have regular update meetings. Not only was she great as the budget holder but a fabulous and empathetic shoulder to cry on with my wedding dress woes (my seamstress suddenly stopped work so I had to find someone else in double quick time, and when I did find them that was stressful). Where Amelia gives brilliant value for money is on the day. She just sorts everything - my husband and I were able to enjoy the day without any issues like 'where do these flowers go' and 'we've not got enough buttonholes' etc etc. Not only that, she's a really lovely person and I enjoyed working with her immensely. If you do one thing for your wedding, choose Amelia she's an absolute diamond!

Lynda is incredible!!! She was included as our on the day Co-Ordinator as part of our venue hire of Cheswell Grange. From the first moment we met Lynda she struck the perfect balance of listening to our needs / wants and providing ideas / suggestions. On the day, nothing was too much trouble for Lynda - even with an unexpected medical incident, Lynda ensured everything ran smoothly and was always 3 steps ahead. She was subtle, safe and well-prepared! And she seemed genuinely just as invested in making our wedding the best day it could be as we were. Would absolutely recommend, thank you for making our wedding what it was

Jade was there for us in every way during the wedding planning process. She provided trusted vendors to help us sift through the mountains of DJs and caterers. She gave us valuable insight into common pitfalls and aspects we completely would have overlooked. She also was a sturdy and safe pair of hands steering us, our guests and our vendors through our wedding day as an on the day coordinator. We couldn’t be more happy with the attention to detail, kindness and patience Jade demonstrated and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to have a beautiful day and an amazing party.

I asked Arty’s Events to take over the planning of my wedding after trying several times thanks to covid. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Rachel did an outstanding job. Rachel transformed a pub into a dream wedding reception. I really would 100% recommend.

Whilst we were excited to plan our wedding it quickly became obvious to us that the DIY nature of our venue meant despite rallying a group of willing volunteers that we'd need someone to corral our helpers and run the show on the day - cue Kate and Charley From the very first call with them we knew they were the perfect fit for us. They instantly got us as a couple and gelled with our wedding theme. We were immediately confident that our day was in safe hands. We purchased their on the Day Coordination package only, yet they were invaluable during the run up to our wedding. Always there to answer questions, keen to pass on bits and bobs - practical info, decor inspo - that they'd spotted and thought would be helpful for our wedding aesthetic/logisitcs and generally being 10/10 cheerleaders (I still don't think Kate is over the bridesmaid flower baskets I made 🤭) On the day they were impeccable. Bringing us a bouquet of flowers in the morning was a lovely touch, particularly that they made sure to get the brightest one they could get their hands on to match our theme! I'd designated certain tasks for the volunteers in our wedding party, but those volunteers tell me that they were practically told off by Kate and Charley for trying to help - Kate and Charley were so on top of everything that they completed all of the tasks themselves and sent our wedding party off to enjoy themselves! And then to go above and beyond with the extra touches - Charley accompanying me to grab my (buffet) food to then carry my plate back to my table for me, capturing bits and bobs of behind the scenes footage that they sent over to us the very next day. The best bit about Kate and Charley is the genuine unbridled joy they have for their couples and weddings, you feel it oozing from them from the very first meeting you have with them. They're so professional amazing at their work - organised, proactive yet discreet - and yet their energy is still just like your two best mates fangirling over your wedding. I cannot thank these women enough and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything 🫶

We used Jess as our wedding coordinator and she is truely fabulous! She is organised and really knows how to build the wedding you want. She made the whole process so easy. From start to finish she made everything feel easy and simple, no ask was too much. We were so sad to say goodbye to Jess at the end of our wedding, after a year of planning and a weekend of hosting our wedding, we felt so close. Our wedding would never have been the same without Jess. Thank you for everything Jess.
