From our initial conversation, Siobhan provided us with a variety of options along with her extensive advice and knowledge.
Siobhan made the setup of our venue, hassle free - from the venue visit to even a last minute addition, the team were brilliant.
Amazing value for money and such a professional service.
On the day, the team decorated our venue beautifully and would highly recommend their services. -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Signature Moment for our wedding, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
From the start, we had a lot of small personal touches and unique ideas we wanted to include in the day, which made the planning process quite complex. Our rundown had many moving parts, but the team at Signature Moment handled everything with such professionalism, care, and creativity. We could truly feel the passion they brought to their work.
The decorations were absolutely beautiful – the castle setup in particular was stunning and felt like it came straight out of a fairytale. We also really appreciated how the team was able to manage everything so well within our budget, without compromising on quality or detail. Their ability to balance beautiful design with practical planning was really impressive.
One of our favourite moments was seeing the little light sign in front of the cake – it was exactly how we had pictured it. And the surprise Koala Yokocho mailbox house they gifted us was incredibly thoughtful and meaningful. It made us feel like they had genuinely taken the time to understand our story, and that meant a lot to us.
Throughout the day, they kept us updated and made sure things ran smoothly behind the scenes, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the moment – something we didn’t think was possible! Our guests had such a great time too, and many of them told us how fun and heartfelt the whole day felt.
Signature Moment is a passionate and dedicated team. They’re not just planners – they’re creators of memories. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, warm, and detail-oriented team to help bring their dream wedding to life. -

Siobhan and team at Signature Moments were very helpful in contacting and arranging wedding plans with suppliers. Also flexible to accommodate our requests, and able to make changes at short notice. Good communication with team, who were available to ensure small details were dealt with. This all ensured the day went well. -

A personalised and responsive service listening to our needs and considerate of our budget and preferences. Definitely a professional wedding and event planner
The best wedding planner! Siobhan is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning my wedding easier and stress free. Being abroad (in HONG KONG) and having her in charge had a great outcome, regardless cultural difference and time zone matter. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so wonderful. I can’t get over of how amazing was my wedding day was! Siobhan, we love you and we are forever grateful! My big day won't be that smooth without you and your team! I will definitely be using her for all my future events and strongly recommend to my friends in Hong Kong and London. -
