He listened to all our needs and made the plan for the day effortless and easy to understand. Points of the day, I had even forgot about certain shots I asked for, but he remembered. Tom Cullen was our photographer for our wedding in November 2023 at The Ravenswood.

After speaking to several wedding photographers it was clear that Tom stood out from the rest. We met him on a number of occasions leading up to the wedding day - from an online Zoom call where we could ask him any questions that came to mind to meeting up in person a few months before the big day so we could show him around our wedding venue. Having never visited our venue before, within minutes of arriving Tom found fantastic shots we would never have thought of. The visit was also a great opportunity to show Tom the features of the venue we loved.

The photographs from the wedding day itself are absolutely stunning. Tom captured the day perfectly and his photographs really took our breath away. His candid style of working meant that we honestly did not notice him (aside from the posed photographs where he was a great coordinator) and he was able to capture some beautiful natural moments.

As well as being a magnificent photographer, Tom is also a lovely person who was a joy to work with. A great communicator who was able to manage a variety of personalities on the day. All of our guests commented on how friendly and approachable he was. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a photographer.

We loved Tom's portfolio of photos so we met with him. We loved him as we felt like he understood exactly what we wanted from our wedding photos. On the day, he blended in with our guests and had lots of fun with everyone. He was very accommodating with group photos and add ons that we hadn’t anticipated. He had great ideas for couple photos and we loved that his photos were so natural and just of us and our family and friends enjoying themselves. I cannot put into words how amazing Tom was on our wedding day! Tom has the loveliest presence and puts you at ease from the moment he arrives. I’m not the most confident person to have their photo taken, but nothing felt like a chore and I genuinely enjoyed every “posed” picture he got us to take! For the rest of the day, Tom blended in perfectly with the wedding guests and took so many beautiful, candid photos. He captured the true essence of the whole day and looking back at all the photos just filled us with all of the emotions from the wedding day all over again. I would recommend Tom to absolutely anyone, he was a huge part of our wedding and I’m so grateful we got to work with him!

We were so lucky to share the happiest day of our lives with Tom. My husband and I usually ones to shy away from a camera but Tom made us feel at ease through the whole day- it was like having a friend around all day and it became fun! We had previously met Tom before our big day at our venue, where he did some shots with our dog which were amazing. During the ceremony, we didn't even notice he was there so we didn't feel any added pressure. After the wedding, we couldn't wait to receive our photos and we were in awe of how incredible and beautiful they are. He captured so much beauty at the venue and captured the magical feeling we had throughout the whole day. Overall, the best photographer we could have asked for and all-round great guy. We can't thank him enough!

If anyone is looking for a photographer, I can't recommend Tom enough! He was professional and a delight to work with from start to finish. He's insanely creative with his shots, which pushes his photography beyond "just pictures". He knows his stuff and clearly has a passion and love for his profession.

There's so much to say...
* I don't like smiling in pictures because of my teeth. Tom managed to sneak a lot of very natural shots of me smiling that I adore.
* We had a lot of personal touches in our wedding. Tom made sure we had at least 1 photo of each to help remember the details.
* I did push him a little out of his comfort zone with the perspective "step on husband" shot. But he gave it his best effort and it turned out fantastic! (Thanks, Tom! lol)
* As said before, he's very professional, but he's totally down for being silly too. A prime example is in his contract. Make sure you give it a thorough read. 😉

Tom was absolutely incredible before and on our wedding day. No question was deemed silly or left unanswered. Tom was incredibly responsive to all of queries from day one and we couldn’t have imagined anyone else to help capture our special day. He got such a good selection of pictures and even the more relaxed photos look amazing.

Tom was absolutely incredible, we had to unfortunately keep moving our wedding date due to the pandemic and he was really helpful each time. He listened to exactly what we wanted and really understood what we wanted our wedding to be about, on our wedding day it was more like having an old friend around whilst also being the ultimate professional. Tom took some incredible shots and made sure we had some unique photos just for our wedding. Tom is particularly good at managing the crowds in a positive way to remove any stress of grouping people on the day.

We booked Tom and I'm so glad we did as the pictures and memories that he captured for us from our special day are truly magical. They are more than we could of ever imagined. We can’t recommend Tom enough. He took the photos during our wedding at Nettlestead place in August 2022 and they are simply the best photos we have ever been in! What an incredible eye he has for light and composition. He took posed and candid photos splendidly and captured the beautiful surroundings. He made all our guests comfortable in front of the camera and caught so many magic moments between them. Looking through the gallery Tom prepared for us there were so many pictures that captured the little moments that we missed and let us re-live the day all over again.
