The loveliest guy. As a couple who are camera shy he made us feel so at ease. The photos he took reflect how we felt on the day and will always be a reminder of how magical the day was. I couldn’t recommend Paul enough! He’s wonderful.

My Husband and I are quite reserved and shy people in almost all social settings. That’s why finding a photographer who could genuinely understand and respect that was so important to us. We wanted someone who wouldn’t make us feel awkward in front of the camera, someone who could capture the day naturally, without forcing staged poses.

I've been a fan of Paul's photography for many years, ever since he photographed my cousin's wedding. Since then, I have admired, via social media, all of wedding he's photographed, especially of those weddings in our favourite seaside town, Whitstable. Wishing that some day, if I was ever lucky enough to get married, that would be us and Paul would be our photographer.

Roll on five or so years later, my Fiancé and I got engaged, Paul was the first supplier I got in contact with and booked. I remember reading Paul's reviews during our wedding planning journey and coming across one in particular. It mentioned how Paul's photos capture the same quality of how you see your dreams in your head when you remember them. That really is so true,  his photos really do have a dream like quality and capture the essence of that moment in time.

As Paul says: "It’s never lost on me how much value your photos will gather over time. How they’ll shape your memories of one of the best days of your lives. Or how one of the photos I’ve taken might one day become the most precious thing in the world."
We knew then that we could trust him to photograph the most important day of our lives and the results speak for themselves. Beautiful, meaningful, with care and attention to detail.

On our wedding day, my Husband and I were able to witness just how Paul’s style is so calm, unobtrusive, and natural. He lets you be yourself and believes in capturing photos that hold real, lasting memories and it really shows.

I have written this review after watching our wedding photo gallery/slideshow this afternoon. We knew that Paul would capture our wedding, how it reflects who we are, our love for each other,  our friends and family, and the joy of the day. What we didn't fully appreciate, until it was our turn, is just how we would be absolutely transported back in time. As if we were right back there, standing on the beach, in Whitstable, with the sea breeze in our hair and watching the sunset. I could feel exactly the same emotion in each photo as I did in each moment on the day. I never knew that was possible. It's just like looking at your dream and being able to replay it in your mind whenever you want.

Paul really is the best photographer for couples who want to remember the day exactly as it really felt. I think even when I'm an old lady, showing these photos to my grandchildren, I'll be able to remember the day exactly as it felt, and that's all thanks to you, Paul.

Paul, please don't ever stop capturing dreams coming true. Thank you so much, we will cherish and always be greatful for, these special memories and candid moments in time, they are held in your photos forever.

It was a pleasure to have Paul shoot our wedding. From the very beginning with his personalised questionnaire to gauge what we wanted. Then on the day he almost went unnoticed and captured our day perfectly without lots of interruption. Until the final moment we had our photos delivered to us in a lovely highlight presentation to share with family and friends and then the full set of downloadable photos.
Guests also have commented on how efficient he was, especially with group photos. Let's face it, everybody hates that part. But they're also important as will become all we have of family members in years to come.

If you’re after a photographer who instantly puts you at ease, makes you feel confident, and delivers absolutely stunning photos, look no further than Paul. My husband and I wanted a relaxed wedding day where we could really enjoy time with our guests rather than spending hours posing for photos. That said, we still wanted all the key moments beautifully captured, and Paul absolutely nailed it.

He blended in seamlessly throughout the day; I hardly noticed he was there, yet he somehow managed to capture every special moment. We cannot recommend Paul highly enough! He captured the emotion, detail, and mood of our wedding day perfectly. The photos are stunning, with so many candid moments, which was exactly what we wanted! My husband doesn't love having his photo taken, so was nervous about the wedding photos, but Paul's warmth, professionalism and calming presence made us feel so at ease, and the final photos were so beautiful, they were more than we had hoped for!

Our wedding was a low-key affair in a village pub and I was worried it wouldn't look or feel special, however what Paul did so beautifully, was capture the feeling of the day - when we look through our photos, we see the love and happiness of the day; the happy tears, the sweet candid moments and some hilarious reactions to a crazy best man speech and a wind-up of a groom!
