Wedding Music and DJs in Derbyshire

XY Events recently played at mine and my partners joint 60th birthday bash. They communicated well with us before the event and were really helpful with making arrangements. On the night they were both super friendly, good fun and helpful. The music was brilliant and they soon had everyone up dancing!!

We had the Beathearts for our wedding reception and they was great the floor was full all the time they were performing and Ryan and glen did me a custom song as surprise for my wife which was perfect.

We had the pleasure of having Libby sing at our wedding back in April and my gosh she did not disappoint! From the moment we had Libby booked in for our date she made the whole process so easy and was at the end of her phone constantly. I changed our set list a few times and even the song I walked down the aisle too a few weeks before and nothing was ever too much trouble! Libby, there just isn't enough words to say about you! How lucky were we to have you perform at our wedding! I knew you was obviously bloody brilliant but you were INSANE! You were such a huge special part of this wedding for me and it would never have been half the day it was without you! First, our wedding singer but now, forever my friend! So grateful for you, we owe you the world! ✨

Super easy to work with in the lead up to the big day and flexible with the realities of the day! Highly recommended.

Jessica played our first dance & father of the bride dance, and then played along side the DJ afterwards at our wedding she was absolutely brilliant. 100% would recommend, we have had so many guests from the wedding comment on how brilliant it was and how much of a personal touch it was to have a sax player at the wedding. Thank you so much for making our evening special! ❤️ x

Honestly…just, wow! Emily was a perfect addition to our wedding. We booked her to sing for the ceremony and drinks reception, and I only wish we booked her for the whole day (and recorded everything!) She’s an absolute angel, both voice and personally! She was so warm and friendly, communicative and helpful from first enquiry through to even post-wedding. Genuinely felt like I’d known her for years! We are so thankful Emily was available for our wedding date and willing to travel 2.5 hours each way to be there. We’ve had so many compliments from guests and we can’t recommend her enough. She had everyone in tears as I walked down the aisle to Ave Maria, she learned a song that was special to my sister and I for the drinks reception, and even added a last minute song as a tribute to my nan who was sadly in hospital on the day. If you’re considering booking Emily, what are you waiting for!? I promise booking her will be one of the best decisions you’ll reflect on when you look back on your big day ❤️

Chloe is absolutely amazing singer, I can’t recommend her enough to people! You won’t be disappointed if you booked her.

Mike made our wedding absolutely perfect. He is so talented but also a great party starter! Our guests never stopped dancing and everyone has been speaking about Mike ever since. We chose a couple of songs that were a little different and he absolutely nailed them. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone. We can’t thank you enough Mike, thanks for making our day so special.
