The Vintage Van Co is a mobile wedding bar service based in Telford, Shropshire, offering a chic outdoor bar for momentous occasions. This creative business has a 35-year-old Rice Horse Trailer that has been restored to add elegance and whimsy to any event. The team also offers a beautiful pop-up bar for indoor weddings. Offering an incredibly bespoke experience sure to elevate your special day, The Vintage Van Co would be honoured to help bring your vision to life. We also have access to a 1940 US army pick up that serves draught beer and lager which can be centre paice atraction available on request and subject to availbility. pictures in gallery.
Services Offered
The Vintage Van Co understands that every wedding is unique, so the team offers personalised packages to ensure every detail meets your desires. Their services range from providing a limited selection of specific drinks to a fully stocked bar with signature cocktails. When you book with these experts, you'll receive professional bar staff and high-quality equipment, so you can rest assured delicious drinks will flow smoothly.
Full Bar Hire
Our full bar hire includes a wide selection of Premium drinks, a choice of glassware to suit your event style and two members of our lovely team. We will create a menu bespoke to your event to ensure it has your favourite tipple and plenty of it.
Our full bar hire is completely free, to secure your date we require a deposit of £150 which is returned to you on the day of the event as long as the agreed minimum spend is reached.
Welcome Drinks Package Would you like something special for your guests arrival? We can create a bespoke welcome drink package for you; whether its Prosecco, Pimms, Cocktails, Hot Chocolate or Mulled Wine, we will have it! Prices start from £4 per person.
Reception Drinks Package Our reception drinks start from £15 per person and include a welcome drink, half a bottle of wine and prosecco to toast. Please get in touch for our menus
Hen Party Package The Bride-to-Be’s favourite cocktails served alongside plenty of prosecco. You can get involved mixing and shaking – a great photo opportunity. Each booking comes with a personalised Intraframe. Prices start from £25 per person.
The Morning After Package Do you need some Tea, coffee and Breakfast Pastries The morning after your big day? we can provide your with Fresh Coffee and Tea and a selection of Breakfast Pastries, and of course bucks fizz !
