Bespoke Menus
Each wedding begins with a complimentary consultation, during which we take time to explore your vision, aesthetic and personal tastes in detail. From this, we curate a menu tailored entirely to your celebration - from signature cocktails and champagne selections to premium spirits and considered wine pairings.
Tasting Sessions
We offer private tasting sessions, allowing you to experience your menu in advance. This ensures each drink is perfectly balanced, beautifully presented and aligned with your tastes and expectations.
Logistics
Whilst we are based in North London, we provide drinks service for weddings and events across the UK and internationally. Our experience spans intimate private celebrations and large-scale, high-profile weddings throughout Europe and as far afield as India.
From Dawn ’til Dusk
Our service can accompany your entire celebration - from champagne breakfasts and pre-ceremony refreshments to cocktail receptions, wine pairings, ceremonial toasts, evening bars and late-night indulgences.

New Years Eve Wedding
The cocktails were unreal. The rum punch and espresso martinis were clear crowd favourites and each had its own little twist that made them feel really special to our day.
The drinks were flowing and spirits were high, all perfect additions to what kept the party going well into the early hours as we rolled straight from New Year’s Eve into the New Year.
Massive shout-out to Russell and Harry who were both brilliant and brought such a great energy on the day. Super professional but also just really good fun, which honestly makes all the difference.

With over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, I bring deep expertise and creative leadership to my role as Managing Director. My career spans running bars and clubs in London, New York and Sydney, serving as Brand Ambassador for Appleton Estate and Wray & Nephew, working as a Jack Daniel’s trainer, and founding ‘Bartenders Breakfast’ - an industry-only New Year’s Eve event. Blending this experience with a deep passion for cocktails, I bring a unique perspective to crafting memorable, high-impact experiences for brands and guests alike.
Born in Athens, some might say that hospitality runs in my DNA. So when faced with the choice between becoming an engineer, a soldier, or a bartender, I went with the latter. Formerly Head Trainer for Be At One Group and Metaxa Brand Ambassador, I command a range of expertise drawing from my diverse experience. These skills have helped evolve many brands around the UK such as William Grants & Sons, Bacardi and Rémy Cointreau.
With nearly 10 years of experience in hospitality, I bring a broad operational background spanning venue service, bar leadership and management within London’s cocktail scene.
Alongside venue operations, I have delivered a wide range of brand-led events, including cocktail menu development, team training, masterclasses, brand ambassadorship and experiential activations for leading spirits brands.
Now, as Events & Brand Development Manager, I work closely with clients to translate ideas into high-quality, memorable experiences, overseeing end-to-end delivery with a focus on detail, consistency, and impact.
