Wet & Dry are an elite bar service with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Form and function are at the heart of what we do. Artistically crafting beverages and establishing the smooth running of any event – be it intimate or epic – is our modus operandi.
Service
Our staff are gifted bartenders and wait staff, chosen for their experience, skill, and charm.
Bespoke menus
We offer prospective couples and/or wedding planners complimentary consultations in which we talk through their plans and respond with a tailored menu of drinks to reflect their vision for the day.
Tasting Sessions
We provide tasting sessions in which our clients can try the cocktails we’ve created for them and ensure they are perfectly suited to their requirements.
Logistics
While we are a London-based company, we have experience running the drinks service for domestic and international events, whether they are intimate gatherings or huge-scale, high-profile events. From celebrity weddings throughout Europe and as far as India to smaller (but nonetheless magnificent) wedding celebrations closer to home, we have decades of expertise in attending to every detail of this momentous day.

Meet the team
With a background spanning over 25 years in the hospitality industry, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as MD. My CV includes promoting bars and clubs in London, and as far afield as NYC and Sydney.
A recent project was as European Brand Ambassador for Appleton Estate, Wray & Nephew and Koko Kanu, producing online content and advocating brand awareness. The knowledge gained from these diverse roles, combined with my passion for all things ‘cocktails’, gives me a unique ability to execute the perfect project.
Born in Athens, some might say that hospitality runs in my DNA. So when faced with the choice between becoming an engineer, a soldier, or a bartender I went with the latter. I command a range of expertise drawing from my diverse experience, and helping evolve many brands around the UK such as William Grants & Sons, Bacardi and Rémy Cointreau.
