Jack and the team were so so flexible with what we wanted and so helpful laying out all the different options we could go with (there were many). He brought his experience and knowledge of what we should provide and made our day so special. People have since told me how delicious they found all the cocktails! I think we were all surprised that we ran out of the keg of Lucky Saint. Thank you WanderBar for making our wedding exactly how we dreamed!! 10/10 service, definitely recommend!!

We hired WanderBar for our wedding, and honestly, I’m not sure my review can do them justice! They exceeded every expectation, from initial enquiry right the way through to the event, and even afterwards. We hired the horsebox bar to go outside the barn venue, and it was the absolute perfect addition!

Ali who we spoke to initially was lovely, super kind and chatty and put us right at ease straight away, answering our questions brilliantly and always coming back if she didn’t have the answer there and then. Nothing was too much trouble, and we worked together to create a perfect package for our wedding day which didn’t feel like a stretch with our budget but still felt premium and exciting.

Once we knew we were booking the team, we filled out a super thorough form to go through or preferences which was a really great idea. We then spoke to Jack, who worked with us to pull together our drinks menu and offerings for the evening, and he was so helpful and really transparent so we never felt that we were being upsold or adding any unnecessary extras.

On the night, our bartenders were EXCEPTIONAL, fitting straight in with the guests and bringing the vibes (as well as making some absolutely gorgeous drinks, including our favourite cocktails!). Even when our guests drank them out of tequila (apparently we have a log of Marg friends?!), they didn’t hesitate to pop out and stock back up, and it was so seamless that we didn’t even know they’d done it until we found out later! They made sure my wife and I were taken care of for the whole night, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we always had a chat and a laugh at the bar.

We honestly can’t sing the team’s praises enough; they absolutely made our wedding, and we will be recommending them to every single person planning an event in the future. Thank you to every member of the team for putting that extra-special touch into our already special day!!

Absolutely incredible experience!
The communication with the bar was flawless from start to finish. Jack and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us brilliant recommendations when it came to choosing drinks and even took the time to chat with me over the phone a couple of times while I was deciding, which I really appreciated.

The prices were extremely reasonable compared to many other wedding vendors, which meant our guests could enjoy themselves without worry — and they certainly did! The drinks were high quality, the cocktails beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

We’re proud (and a little amused) to say that our wedding party actually drank the bar dry at the end of the night! even buying up the last of the stock when service ended. The Wander Bar team handled it all with good humour and flexibility, which just shows how accommodating they are.
