What’s Included in Our Bar Hire:

• Hire Fees: £250 (Sunday–Wednesday) | £300 (Thursday–Saturday)
• Staffing: 2 experienced team members included (plus 1 extra per 50 additional guests)
• Setup & Takedown: Complete bar setup before and removal after your event
• Duration: from 5 hours minimum – no maximum time limit
• Licensing & Insurance: All alcohol licences arranged and full public and product liability coverage
• Waste Management: All bar waste removed and responsibly recycled
• Custom Cocktail Menu: Bespoke drinks tailored to your tastes and theme
• Transport: Included within 25 miles each way
• Glassware: Durable, reusable polycarbonate glasses (glass upgrades available)
• Extra Drinks Options: Add additional drinks beyond our standard selection
• Hot Drinks: Options to serve tea and coffee straight from the bar
• Consultations: final details meeting 6 weeks before to ensure perfection
• Payment Options: Card facilities and cash payments accepted
