Welcome to The Little Luna Bar!

We’re The Little Luna Bar, a beautifully handcrafted mobile bar operating out of a converted traditional rice horse box in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. We also offer a bespoke free-standing bar—perfect for indoor wedding parties—affectionately known as the ‘Little’ Luna Bar.

Our specialty? Exceptional customer service. We believe that going the extra mile is what truly makes the difference. Every detail matters to us, and we’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for you and your guests.

We provide a wide range of beverages, including draught beer, cocktails, gin, prosecco, champagne, and wine. If there’s a particular drink that’s special to you, let us know, and we’ll be sure to make it happen!

My partner, Dexter, and I built The Little Luna Bar from scratch, and we understand how important every little detail is—from the first welcoming smile to the last sip of a perfectly crafted cocktail or ice-cold beer. Ensuring that you and your guests have an unforgettable experience is at the heart of everything we do.

How to Hire Us:

We offer a set hire fee for the Little Luna Bar Horsebox. This fee covers the use of the bar, which comes fully stocked with all your favourite spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks. We also provide two draught beer taps, bottled beers, and an amazing selection of hand-picked wines.

Our hire fee also includes the following:

• Secured booking date

• Staff and equipment costs

• Generator use (if required)

• Any necessary licensing applications for alcohol sales

• Garnishes and insurance

• Travel costs within a 20-mile radius

Our Services:

We offer several flexible service options to suit your needs:

• Cash and Card (Pay as You Go): Guests pay for their drinks individually as they go throughout the event.

• Bar Tab: You can set a limit on a bar tab, and we’ll ensure we stay within it. We’ll keep you updated as we go. Once the limit is reached, we can switch to the pay-as-you-go option.

• Pre-paid Bar: Pay a set price based on your event’s duration, guest numbers, and selected menu. We’ll provide you with a quote based on these details. Please note, there is a minimum spend of £500

Getting a Quote:

To provide you with an accurate quote, we’ll need the following details:

• Event timings

• Duration of the event

• Event location and access details

• Number of guests

• Preferred glassware (glass or premium plastic; or an additional charge for glassware)

• Whether you need us to apply for a Temporary Event Notice, or if your venue already holds a license

• Your drink preferences (beer, cocktails, champagne, wine, etc.)
