We specialise in handcrafted ceremonial matcha lattes, made fresh to order using matcha sourced from Uji, Japan. Every drink is hand-whisked and paired with our homemade syrups, creating a beautifully smooth, vibrant matcha that's far from the bitter or grassy matcha many people expect.
Our menu has been intentionally curated with a small selection of signature drinks, allowing us to focus on exceptional quality and consistency. We also use carefully selected premium milk brands with no seed oils, added sugars or gum agents, so every ingredient reflects our commitment to quality.
Perfect for couples looking to offer something unique beyond traditional wedding drinks, our matcha bar provides a premium non-alcoholic option that everyone can enjoy.
For an extra personal touch, we also offer custom-branded cups featuring your names, wedding date or bespoke design, creating a beautiful keepsake and an elegant detail that ties seamlessly into your celebration. MatchAhhh serves matcha at weddings in East London, Essex and Kent from their mobile matcha bar.

Hi, I'm Fatimah.
I've always loved discovering beautiful cafés, premium drink experiences, and, of course, matcha. What started as a personal obsession quickly became a passion for creating something I couldn't quite find myself—a matcha experience that feels elevated, thoughtfully crafted and genuinely memorable.
I'm passionate about quality, from sourcing ceremonial matcha from Uji, Japan, to making our syrups from scratch and hand-whisking every drink to order. I believe the little details make all the difference, and I love creating experiences that feel just as special as the occasion they're part of.
Seeing someone's reaction to their first sip—the moment they pause and smile—is still my favourite part of every event, and it's exactly why I started MatchAhhh.
