The Sesh Bars

We hired Sesh Bars for our wedding in central London and they were exceptional from start to finish. Hemal, who runs the company, supported us in a way that genuinely made our jobs as Grooms and planners easier. Central London is never the simplest of locations for a full bar set up. Access, timing and space can all be challenging. You would not have known there were any issues. The team handled everything calmly and professionally and it never felt stressful from our side.

The set up itself looked incredible. It really elevated the reception space and felt like a proper feature rather than just a bar in the corner. It was fully stocked and ready from the moment guests arrived. At one point we thought we might actually test them after working our way enthusiastically through the Disaronno, but before there was even a chance of running low more bottles appeared. No delays, no fuss, it just happened.

The bar was packed all night and service never dipped. There were no long waits and no visible pressure on the team even when everyone arrived at once. They were friendly and completely on top of everything throughout the evening. That consistency makes such a difference at a wedding because guests remember how they were looked after.

Hemal supported us through every detail in the lead up. As wedding planners, having a supplier who communicates properly and understands what is needed is invaluable. We did not have to chase, double check or worry about anything. It took a huge amount of pressure off us and allowed us to focus on the rest of the day knowing the bar was in safe hands.

The result was happy guests and a dance floor that filled quickly and stayed full. The energy in the room was brilliant and with that much dancing going on the drinks were definitely needed. Us and our families and friends were catered for perfectly and it genuinely helped create such an amazing reception atmosphere.

We honestly cannot thank Hemal and the team enough. They made the whole process feel easy and delivered exactly what was needed. We would absolutely recommend them.

I can’t recommend this mobile bar company enough! They went above and beyond to help me, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The bar setup and layout were fantastic, the drinks were really well priced, and the staff were absolutely brilliant.

A special mention to Hemal, who was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave us loads of great information, advice, and ideas about how we could set up the bar and what drinks would work best for our event. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his support made the whole process so much easier.

The service, value for money, and attention to detail were all outstanding. You can really tell they care about making your event special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile bar. Thank you, Hemal, and the whole team, for going above and beyond! 🍸🥂

My rep from Sesh Bars was Hemal and I was so glad we chose this company for our Wedding Party. Hemal listened to what we wanted the party style to be and he explained what Sesh could deliver and terms of business. He made excellent suggestions to meet our aims for the party. Hemal's communication was light touch and appropriate before the event, checking in with me to update on progress, and ensure we were on track. Sesh arranged our alcohol and entertainment license which was a great thing not to have to do ourselves.

On the night, the bar provided looked elegant and the service was flawless.
Sesh Bars delivered all they promised.

Lastly I was really impressed with Sesh's flexibility in the way they meet our requirements.

Thank You Sesh

The Sesh Bars were able to fit us in at short notice and provided a service above and beyond what we would have got from using our venues very limited bar, it completely levelled up the party. Their whole team were friendly and professional and they were just the icing on the cake!

Hemal was super. He took care of our wedding bar and offered MAX flexibility. He took all the stress away from us and delivered an outstanding evening. We decided to have cocktails for our guests and Hemal provided 72 all on time and ready (no small feat) and a great evening bar!

We couldn’t be happier than the service we received from Hemal and his team. From the initial phone call we knew we had chosen the right supplier, professional, flexible, collaborative and on the day delivered with the utmost professionalism.

All our guests were very complimentary and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sesh Bars for any event you are having.

Had the best time ever with Sesh bars! The staff were lovely, the drinks were delicious and the vibes immaculate. 10/10 would recommend! Ps - Gin Gimlets are the best

Well what can I say about Hemal & his team! They were absolutely fantastic and provided amazing service for us and our guests at our wedding. Not only did they provide our bar but they provided all my glassware for tables and welcome drinks! Welcome drinks were set up absolutely as I visioned. Hemal was super responsive and flexible in my asks. Always on hand to help and set up everything that we asked him for. The feedback I have from my guests about Hemal has been amazing, such a lovely guy! If you are in need of a bar, look no further, The Sesh Bar are the only bar you need!! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Thank you so much to Hemal and the Sesh Bars team who helped make our wedding an incredible day! They were brilliant, extremely helpful and nothing was too much to ask - we are so happy we chose to have them as our bar for our special day! Coming all the way down to Dorset for us (for free!!) and working so hard to make sure we were all well oiled throughout the day! Cannot recommend these guys enough - THANK YOU!

We recently hired Sesh Bars for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the very first conversation, Hemal had such great energy that we knew we were in good hands. He worked closely with us on our budget, ensuring we could offer a full free bar for our guests, which was a huge hit!

The professionalism and efficiency of the setup were impeccable. The bar was set up quickly and instantly turned our railway arch into a real stand out venue! What stood out more though were the bar staff. Each member had such great personality, engaging with our guests and adding to the fun atmosphere. They managed my 11 yr old's attempts at obtaining alcohol (see fake napkin ID attached) with humour and style, serving him up a delicious mocktail instead.

There was also one moment at the end of the night, while they were packing away, when my husbands glass was empty and they noticed and gave him another. We found that to be very attentive of them.

We highly recommend this bar service to anyone looking to add a touch of excellence and fun to their event. We will undoubtedly use them again in the future. Thank you, Hemal and team, for making our special day even more memorable!

From the onset, Seshbars have been exceptionally professional, reliable and helpful. We booked them in 7 months prior to our wedding. No question was too much for them to answer, nothing too much for them to do. We felt that they absolutely bent over backwards to help amke our special day perfect. They even set up when we weren't there. Throughout the afternoon and evening Hemal checked with us that everything was as we wished and if there was anything else that they could do to make the day even more perfect. Excellent value for money, service and experience. They are fully recommended and we will be using them again in the future. Thank you.

The Sesh Bars showed an incredible level of professionalism throughout the day and night at my eldest daughter’s wedding. The team arrived early and got setup promptly. The bar looked fantastic and was set up well stocked with drinks. The team also prepared drinks on arrival for our guests for when they arrived after the wedding. The drinks themselves were very reasonably priced, cheaper than a pub. Special mention to Hemal, who provided more than just a bar. Hemal is also the life and soul of the party, not only does he mix a great cocktail, paying attention to every detail, he engages with everyone who comes to the bar, having a laugh and showing those interested how to mix a cocktail. My youngest daughter (19 yrs old) not only learnt how to mix a cocktail, she went from hands shaking on the first one to being a dab hand at mixing - she loved the experience and it made her day. I also finished the night feeling like I’d found a new friend in Hemal. Would book The Sesh Bars and Hemal again.

From initial discussions over the phone, Hemal filled me with confidence that he would be the perfect solution to our party bar requirements.

We had a few special drink requests which they bent over backwards to cater for - that level of commitment was really appreciated.

And on the day, they were a fundamental reason why our party was such a massive success. The bar they built completely bowled myself and my guests over - compliments and praise for how well they looked and looked after everyone is still rolling in from hungover friends and family.

Recommend Sesh Bars unreservedly...

Sesh Bars were total stars at our wedding! From the very start Hemal was incredibly professional and super friendly to deal with. He said yes to everything we asked, and went out of his way to make sure everything went perfectly on the day. Little touches like having our own cocktail and running through everything a couple of days before really made us feel confident. To top it off the pricing was super simple too. All the staff were amazing, and lots of our guests commented on how nice the bar staff were and how they kept the drinks flowing. We couldn't have asked for a better bar supplier. Talking with Hemal it's obvious that he absolutely loves making sure people have the best day ever, and the entire Sesh Bars team really went above and beyond to deliver just that.

Hemal and his team were so helpful, both in the run up to the event and on the day. Providing many reassuring phone calls to a very stressed bride, ensuring specific drinks were available on the menu, and being very flexible in the changeable weather.
I would definitely recommend to people as they are so accommodating when it comes to personalising what you want for your event. Several wedding guests praised them for their quality of drinks and quality of conversation!
